Outstanding Customer Service Although they were fairly busy the interaction with Keoni was welcoming to say the least. I felt valued while he took the time to explain the differences between the Indica, sativa and hybrid strains. I was treated as if I was the only customer in the shop. Everytime I visit Fill A Bong the entire staff has a pleasant attitude, and they provide knowledgeable answers to your questions with resourceful resources. They also take things a step further to exceed — rather than just meet their customers expectations.

I’m a medical marijuana patient, and most every time I go in they don’t have a single medical certified employee on staff out of the 4-5 employees there, meaning I get told to leave and I go home without my medication even though I did nothing wrong. I used to love going to fillabong but apparently it’s impossible to get your PRESCRIBED medication here anymore because you have to luck out and hope you get a medical certified employee, but odds are you won’t. Extremely disappointed and I don’t plan on bringing my business back here.

Small shop with a ton of inventory, great customer service and usually a short line if any.

Good people. They care more about the relationship between customers. They aren't like Highway 420's where all they care about is selling a product. These people would pull from their good karma jarif they can if you are short a buck. They will also chit chat about anything you bring up or mention. they also help you with picking out good glass and glass accessories. If I could work here and be apart of the dream team and educate the public, I would in an instant! shout out Weed jesus, Jackson, Darren, Veteran, and Seth Rogan #2.
