The worst church and business experience I have ever had. I went to this church to set up for an event that was suppose to have multiple vendors. Not only was I the only vendor there and the First Lady lied and said there was other vendors but majority of the people attending the service didn't even speak to me and a few had the nerve to look me up and down when I spoke first. They never announced my booth during the service. It's hard to believe a church would invite me to set up take my money and ignore me at the event and my emails after I asked for a refund because that was not what I paid for. I've been doing events since 2014 at churches and festivals and this by far was the worst experience and the first time I've ever asked for a refund. If you want to attend a church that looks like You might get robbed when you leave with people who rather stare than speak this is the hole in the wall for you. They lost nothing but gained my money, I lost money gas time and 45 min drive to and from the least they could do was refund me my $50. The only thing I gained was learning the importance of google maps because the place looks vandalized from the outside and this would have gave me a clue of the tackiness I was about to experience. I try to see the bright side especially since I tried speaking to people first but the lack of enthusiasm and stank attitudes were discouraging. I love supporting black businesses but this church brought me to tears as I'm fed up with us not supporting or hating on each other.
Come visit my church this Sunday. God speaks to me through my Pastor Paul Garner! Seriously I could tell you some things, but honestly it gives you hope and faith to just keep pushing, come and be refilled at The Filling Station Christian Center. When I first started attending this church I use to go just to hear what else God had to say! I was in awe! I was fore warned about my storm and I was told when that season had ended! I might not show too many emotions physically but my soul is jumping for joy whenever I get a message from God.
This church has truly been a blessing in my life and so many others as well. I love the strong feeling of love you feel! They welcome you with open arms when you come into their doors! I know God led me to this church!
A place where love is at work. Your greeted and shown love every time you walk in. You definitely can feel God's presence in here. The word is broken down where you can truly get understanding and truth.
This place! I HAVE NO NEGATIVE WORDS FOR... THE PASTOR AND FIRST LADY ARE VERY VERY VERY LOVING AND TAKE YOU UNDER THEIR WINGS AND HELP YOU GROW. MASS MAJORITY OF THE MEMBERS ARE VERY APPROACHABLE AND LOVING. GOOOOOD WORD AND THE MUSIC MINISTRY IS GREAT AS WELL. GOTTA VISIT!
