He started his Real Estate career at a tender age, and while most teenagers were trying to find their place in the career world, Anis knew precisely what he wanted to be. He bought his first building at the age of 18 and started his career as a Property Manager. Not long afterwards, he brought two other properties (Quadruplexes) in Sandy Hill by Ottawa University, and converted them to rooming houses for university students. While the growth and expansion of his career in Real Estate was getting recognized, so did his attention to the details that would facilitate home-ownership, like law and financing. He went to Ottawa University for his undergrad and has hopes of pursuing Law and specializing in Real Estate Law. In the meantime, he has had close to 10 years of Mortgage experience.
