I don’t know how all these people had good experiences, but I can tell you this is the worst dentist I have ever been to. I went in for some fillings and he left all my teeth extremely sharp to the point where I constantly cut my tongue. There are also some teeth that are so sharp I can’t even floss. I’ve had floss stuck between some of my teeth for MONTHS now and I haven’t been able to get it out. I have to go to another dentist just to polish my teeth so I can actually be comfortable. Never had an experience like this at any other dentist.
What an amazing experience I have at Dr. Phan's Fine Dentistry. It's always a clean environment, amazing staff that's very compassionate, straightforward, and ready to help give you the best comfortable solution possible for your visit. Dr. Henry Phan is a legitimate hard-working man hands down !!! He gets the job done promptly with, A+ service. I recommend this place to anyone serious about getting respectful high-quality dental work performed In Phoenix, AZ plus surrounding areas.
Dr. Phan is a great dentist. I worked in his office a day and decided to schedule my children appointments because he was so good with kids. My children had there visits and it went well. They both had fillings done. He does good quality work and he’s conservative. His Hygienist also did a great job and was very helpful.
I'm so glad I found Fine Dentistry and Dr. Phan! I broke a molar over the weekend, was able to get an appointment on Monday and the new crown was done in just a couple of hours. Very modern office and equipment and the staff is great. I'm making Dr. Phan my new dentist after such great help and service. If you need a crown quickly or just are looking for a great dentist, I recommend Dr. Phan and Fine Dentistry!
I came in with pain in my tooth and Dr. Phan was able to fix it right away! Haven't had any pain since. Great service and Dr. Phan was so friendly and understanding
Just got my first cleaning and root canal here with Dr Phan and I’m really pleased. Super clean and safe office! No wait time , excellent care , great blend of science and technology with caring conversation I will be back again.
Dr. Phan has been my dentist for many years, and I've always had a great experience. I now live almost an hour away, but I still make the drive. Everyone there is so friendly, and they do great work.
This Dentist office was Amazing! The staff were extremely nice and helpful. They made me feel comfortable and welcomed. The dentist is very nice and careful. They are all kind and professional. Inside its very clean and well decorated. I usually hate the dentists office but at Fine Dentistry I felt like my teeth were in a safe place.
I could not ask for a better dentist. PERIOD! Undoubtedly, the most kind and extremely skilled dental “artist” he made my teeth the best they could possibly be. He and his staff are patient and very responsive to my individual special needs. Dr Henry Phan treats his patients like family and is genuinely concerned with their well-being. Using my dental insurance here was a breeze. All of those details were seamlessly handle by his friendly and competent front office staff. Don’t hesitate make an appointment and relax you are in good hands with Dr Phan.
I was trying the cleaning there and found that their service was just normal, they're even unsatisfying. At the end of the cleaning phrase, usually the staff will we one kind of cream on the brush then apply on your teeth to polish them, but here they just apply the cream on your teeth without brushing, then rinse with water then it's done. With me, they are nothing special as they say in the beginning. "Let's try our service, very special and different from other places, our dentist are very good and through!...blah...blah...blah" So they can charge higher than other places. With just regular cleaning, it's $88 including $30 and an additional fee they took from my insurance for part take x-ray general dental examination. Actually, after experiencing my feeling, I'm very unsatisfied with the money I paid for a service not special like they said, there was a feeling of being deceived by excessive hype from the receptionist, because we are Vietnamese, so I trusted them without thinking they were just bragging.
