I was a patient at FLMCC earlier today. I would highly recommend this clinic. Janet was my RN. She restored my faith in nursing. Experience can't be replaced. Sally, RN also checked on me. The PA was informative. It was definitely a positive experience today.
Needed a sports physical last minute for my son they got me right in fuss free, very grateful for the fast friendly service. THANK YOU!
Worst experience will never come back. Nurse and receptionist are absolutely rude and unprofessional. Was told on phone that I could have both my girls checked out at the same time get thier wait over a hour for my Apt. Can't have my girls together thier father isn't allowed to come in room with us. So aperently your not allowed to be active in your children's life and bring them here. If I could give it a zero star I would. Absolutely awful would rather died that come back to this hell hole.
I almost didn't believe I was awake. The staff, nurse and doctor were some of the best I've ever encountered. Super friendly, willing to listen and really seemed to care. It didn't even feel like I was at the doctors. More like just visiting some friends that want to take care of you. Great people, great place. Thank you!
I Visited on a Sunday, took a chance and walked right in, with no appointment for a Covid test The other clinics in town were 1 to 1 1/2 hour wait times. Everyone here was very friendly, prompt and efficient, the nurses were friendly and informative. I was in and out within 1/2 hour. This is not the first time visiting this center, I should have written a review a while ago, because they have always been very good to me.
Staff was kind and courteous. Wait was a little longer, about 2 hrs. but given current conditions with people being sick that's not on them. Also they seem to get their covid test results back faster then WellNow
Had an appointment for a Covid Test at 9am! Arrived a few minutes early as requested and was out by 920. Prompt, helpful in seeing results get where they need to go and helping me understand the process!! Attentive when doing what they needed to do!
The P.A. was sooo good with my 9 yo daughter! I think his name was Glen or Jerry, Jerold wish I could remember. She giggled and was at ease, not so much with the nurse she was a little less child friendly, not bad but some people just have a knack with kids and the P.A. definitely did! Job well done!!
Service is always professional and staff is very kind. My daughter was incredibly sick and uncomfortable. They made every effort to provide service quickly and get the meds she needed to start healing. Thank you folks!
A visit for strep throat will cost you nearly $500. The price is rediculous. And please explain what a facility fee of $387 is for?? And that was just one charge on my bill. I will go back to the urgent care at the other end of the city and pay half of what I am forced to pay now. Totally insane. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!
