Worst car wash I’ve experienced with their coin system. I lost $8 between 2 visits. Gave it a second chance since I know things can go wrong sometimes. But when you put $5 in and the clock starts but as soon as you start spraying, it suddenly is back at zero there’s something fishy going on. Or it just eats your coins and nothing happens and there’s no return coin button. It’s quite convenient they don’t give you quarters only fake money to put in their machines.

Got the top notch wash and my vehicle pretty much came out as it went in. Rip off.

Worst car wash in dothan! Literally spent 20 dollars and only got about 5 minutes of washing before it shut off. Timer said I had about 19 minutes of washing, but that was a complete lie! If you don't want to lose your money I suggest going to coastal car was on Montgomery hwy because finish line car wash sucks!!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would came here to wash and vacuum my car and the car wash kept taking my money even though I had a lot of time left we finally get done washing our car and then the vacuum took all of our tokens so we couldn’t even vacuum our car out I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone it will just take ur money and you won’t be able to do what you had intended on doing they really need to fix this place

Twice I have used this car wash. Mostly because of convenience, only to find out that their equipment was not working. Not to mention that the coins wont work! Today, the brush head was falling off of the wand. Costed me $12 to wash my truck by hand! The last time I tried contacting the number but got no response. Terrible car wash, don't waste your money and time. Take it to the other side of town.

Woo this car was is so good it will take the paint off your car!!! Let me say I shouldn’t have to go go to another car wash to clean what a car wash left on my car and I definitely didn’t expect the chunks of paint missing I wish I could give it 0 stars

I live near this wash, have used it a lot, and have seen it deteriorate over the years. Today I tried to use it again, the change machine didn’t work, luckily I had enough quarters for a quick wash. The warning signal didn’t work so with no warning it just cut off. I spent $3.00 and barely was able rinsed off 3 wheels. They have a 299 number you can call to complain which is an Albany Ga area code. The last few times I’ve used is there’s always been problems I think they’re just doing the bare minimum now to keep it running, unfortunately it’s so close to my house that I keep trying it and being disappointed.

Charged me $11.50 for 6 minutes on the self service car wash. Won't be back!

I just went here to wash my car. My tires were dirty so I wet them with cleaner and loosened well before entering. I got the most expensive so it would clean my wheels. First of all I got no token for the vacuum as stated on the sign, but had had to clean my wheels after I went through. Then I put 2 dollars in quarters into the vacuum as no sign to tell how much and it didn't work. I would have left without trying another but I had already sprinkled carpet fresh in my car. So I then had to put another dollar in! So what I could have done for about 5 dollars somewhere else ended up costing me 15 and it's still not very clean! I will go elsewhere next time for sure!!

I used this car wash and it was ok until a $2 hand wash turned into a $10 wash, I used my card to pay for the $2 wash and it charged me $10
