Good car wash, great customer service! The guy that was there when I got my car wash was extremely kind. They also have a detail center in the vacuum section where you can grab a towel and glass/interior cleaner to really clean your car at no extra price!

Being greeted by Alan, who has worked at this location for the past four years, and through several different ownerships is the start of a great experience. Alan, along with other staff, including the manager makes the Take 5 experience at the Lebanon Main Street location a pleasant experience. Furthermore, Take 5 has replaced the preexisting ownership equipment with newer, more reliable equipment that I have found does a better job of getting my 2020 GMC Sierra 1500 clean. My only complaint is that the rinse could do slightly better on my windows, but this could be attributed to the wind guards placed on my truck. In addition, Take 5 provides quality vacuums, and a cart with added cleaning supplies for interior detailing such as upholstery cleaner and window cleaner, along with towels. The price is very reasonable, especially as we have a multivehicle discount. Furthermore, there are numerous locations, and the business is adding to them monthly which makes it convenient when you are on the road, or out and about. As for my location, the staff deserve a five star, while the final rinse is why I give it a four-star, although this is not a major issue as far as I’m concerned.Services:&nbsp;Auto interior vacuuming

One of the best places to get a car wash. The staff is super friendly and service is top notch. It is always clean and my car comes out. Nice and shiny. Kiddos to Zackary Stroebert. Thursday, 9/22 I used my monthly car wash membership. When driving in I noticed a smile this time. Has never happened before. The guys always look so serious and seem to be waiting for their end of shift. They do a great job but the customer service that is given by Leann is most excellent.

I’ve tried tons of different car wash places, and none compare to here! All the employees are always so friendly and nice, there’s one guy who you see in the beginning and he’s always so happy and kind! Even waves at my kids in the car and makes them smile so big! Thank you Joe for making my experience here that much better! Y’all rock!

I went to the Take 5 car wash on the loop and I had my truck washed 2x because it had lots of tree sap on it. It came out great! I vacuumed my truck out  vacuumed it just 3 days ago. I drove out of there very satisfied!Service:&nbsp;Vacuuming

i love this place!! it’s so convenient when you don’t feel like hand washing your car or you just need a quick in & out. the wash is great; it leaves a nice shine on your car & tires. i do have a membership which is great because i can go through anytime and only have to pay once a month! the vacuums actually work and are free w a wash. lastly, shoutout to alan!! this man has been greeting me at car washes for years! he’s such a cheerful & loving old man. i always look forward to seeing him and i know i can count on him if i need something or if something goes wrong.Service:&nbsp;Auto detailing

Despite multiple attempts to cancel the monthly subscription via website, email, and phone call and even asking the attendant when I was there in person, they continue to charge my card the full $39.99 per month. This has happened for three months and I am working with the credit card company to have the charges reversed and any further charges blocked. I hope this review prevents another trusting client from subscribing to their monthly auto renew plans.

Clerk was friendlywest main. Love that they have free vacuums that actually get up all the dirt!
