May we ordered two pairs of shoes online. They were the Nike 270s. When you order shoes that cost $160 you expect to get good shoes. Instead one pair had stitching already coming out and the other pair had multiple scratches. Obviously not only the fault of the finish line but the fault of Nike as well. Perhaps if they made their shoes in Americans instead of in sweatshops in China then the product leaving the factory would be in much better condition. Yet another byproduct of companies prioritizing profit over consumer value.
I haven't actually purchased shoes here but the employees are usually pretty nice and the store seems clean
We found a pair of shoes that Dru want so it was a good experience for everyone and the associate was helpful.
My boyfriend and I were In the store on 3/24/17 we were waited on by Anthony & Sharman. Both were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me find the right size shoe I was comfortable with because the shoes I had bought were to small. I just want to thank them and let them know they are awesome. Thank you so much Donna
I never write reviews but I was very disappointed in the customer service and found it necessary to do so in this case. Customer service is not for everyone but as someone that is in the field, it is most definitely a choice to have a job pertaining to it. My boyfriend and I mentioned to the cashier that the bad mood both associates had was unprofessional and she said nothing. We told them to have a good day and again she said nothing. New management and team leadership should be put into place.
I have always bought school shoes here since I was school age and now I have school age children so naturally the cycle continues. But this is the last time! I had a long conversation with one of the assistant store managers because of how we were treated.I left the conversation feeling bad for her. This store has been stolen from so many times that they openly treat all of their patrons like thieves. That's how they are trained! WOW!!! The employees can't speak out against this mindset because of fear of "losing hours." WOW!!! Unless there is some kind of crazy deal I will never return especially to this location.
Came here from out of town and Casey was really pleasant and her customer service was 5 star. She even told me and my coworkers some places to visit while in town.
Hands down the worst customer service! I stood there for 10 minutes holding a shoe in the air just waiting for someone to come help, then finally I found someone and asked them for a size and when they brought it out it was THE WRONG SIZE! I planned on spending a couple hundred dollars there but instead I just went somewhere else.
One of my favorite shoe stores. I highly recommend, especially if you're into the latest fashioned sneakers and great sales!
