I love Finish Line but I'm not really a fan of this location. I've gone here several times but have never received the level of customer service I've become familiar with at other locations. They weren't very helpful and always seemed bothered when I had questions. I feel ike more of a burden than a customer when I go here. It's ok because I don't mind driving 45 minutes out of my way to get quality customer service. If you're in need of world class customer service drive to pretty much any other location within an hour of this one. It's worth it in my opinion.
One of my favorite shoe stores. They always have the best shoes. If they don't carry your size, the ordering process is quick and easy! The staff is all knowledgeable and all have great customer service!!
I... am handicapped and must wear a brace on my leg in order to walk I went in to the Finish Line in Racine in Sunday November 1st looking for shoes tha would work with my brace. It’s very embarrassing and frustrating. Thankfully on this day there was a young man and woman working who were BOTH more than helpful and supportive! It was so refreshing to have young people treat me as a human being and be kind and considerate of my needs. I wanted to publicly thank them for their help! They ROCK! I got the young mans name which was Keontre McDade but was unable to get the young ladies name. She was helping other customers. Please tell them they are appreciated! It’s hard to find this kind of customer service especially these days Give them a raise! At least a great job, well done! Something! Let them know that they matter! My family’s shopping experience at finish line this evening with Topanga and Kortez was exceptional. Kortez was very funny and Topanga was very helpful, she deserves to be a store manager. We spent over 4 hundred dollars, which I do not regret. Both of them deserve a 10 for their customer service. I accidentally rated them a 1 when I was cashing out. Thank you.
Hi I am a very dissatisfied customer. On April 28th 2016 I went in the Finishline store on Durand ave in Racine Wisconsin. I ended up order a pair of white Air Force ones for my daughter the associate whom was helping me guaranteed my shoes would get to me next day air. When he asked me to check the pun pad to make sure my address was correct I informed him I didn't see my unit number there he promised me it wouldn't delay delivery because he could see the unit number in his computer. The next day which was Friday my shoes did not come. Saturday my shoes did not come. Sunday I called customer service and they told me my address was missing the unit number so I would not get my shoes until Monday. I explained to her this would not work because I leave for vacation 3am Monday morning. She told me there was nothing she could do so I asked to be transferred to a manager. The manager got in the phone and I explained the situation to him and I asked if there was any way the shoes could be over nighted to me in Florida. He told me not without me having to pay for over night again. And that all he could do was issue me a refund if I didn't want the shoes.i told him I really didn't want a refund because it would take a week and asked again is it at all possible for the SHES to be overnights to me in Florida he said no because they would have to send the shoes back to the original store which should take About 3-4 days and then send the shoes to a different address so u wouldn't receive the shoes until Monday may 9 which was the day u return from vacation. I told him to just go ahead and issue the refund he told me it would take 3-5 days which meant I would have the money back by Monday may 9 at the latest so Monday came I returned from vacation and I still have no refund. Today is Wednesday may 11 and I just got off the phone with customer service to check on the status of my refund and they told me the refund department started an investigation, which I was not informed of,because the shoes were signed for. So I checked the status on ups and find out that the day I started the refund the shoes had been overnighted back to the original store. So my issue is Finishline could overnight the shoes back to the original store so they could resale them but they couldn't overnight them to me when they already had my money and it was they're associate who messed up my order in the first place. So now I'm waitng another 3-5 days for my refund to be processed again and Finishline had had they're shoes back for a week already. I will no longer be doing business with Finishline if no one can figure out a way to make me satisfied and keep a loyal customer. I will also be telling everyone I know about this situation and encourage them to no longer shop with the company. Also I will be contacting the better business bureau and leaving a review on Google.

Lol yall open an hour to an hour and a half up after the mall opens and you guys almost never have my size or an other sizes I'm looking for.
Zero stars. Their card reader glitched and charged me but didn't give a receipt. Mgr said it didn't eventhough my online bank said it did. They made me pay for it again. And then had to play phone tag to get reimbursed, weeks later $250
DO NOT shop at this location They close an hour and a half before the posted closing time!!! Drove 30+ minutes to get here just to find the gates shut
Found the cutest shell toe Adidas for my daughter...lots of good choices!
