I’m going to tail off of another comment I read.  I went here about 8 days ago.  It was a Sunday.  I believe there were four people working.  One didn’t have badge on, and they were talking in a group amongst themselves.  I was standing there.  No one helped.  I had to go ask if the employees worked there. They said yes.  At that point, the girl without a name badge helped me and was kind.  They did not have the shoes I wanted in stock, so ordered them.  I went on the app and ordered my wife some shoes.  They got to me faster, and I didn’t have to stand around waiting on employees to help me.  People don’t care about their jobs, and these jobs will be gone.  I guarantee I never buy shoes from this store again.  Over the years I have bought thousands from them.  People that complain about our area, are the same ones standing around either on their phones or act as if they are at their house kicking it.  2 stars because once the girl remembered she was at work, she was nice.

Abysmal seevice, 3 people working and not one offered to help and when asked for service they said "ah I don't think we carry that" and went back to standing and leaning on a chair and their personal conversation. This store deserves to close in an already depressed mall.

They really are grey.. My son picked these out.. Finish line always treats us so very well when we go in there.. I highly recommend

I don't know that I have ever been so disgusted by the behavior of store employees.  We went in yesterday to look for shoes for my daughter.  As we entered we saw and heard 2 people screaming and swearing at one another.  After a few seconds I realized that it was 2 employees.  They were screaming and dropping the F bomb every other word.  I said excuse me and made eye contact with the female employee, only to have her ignore me and continue with the screaming match with the other male employee.  There was one other person working in the store from what I could see and he was simply watching the show.  There were probably 10 or 12 other shoppers in the store at the time.  I finally left as it became clear that they were more interested in screaming and cussing at each other then helping anyone.  When we walked by the store to leave about 10 minutes later we could still hear them yelling.  Completely unacceptable and I will not be returning!!

I don’t usually write reviews. I have been in the store looking for shoes 3 times in 1 week, nobody helped me and just looked at me. I already don’t shop there being that they messed my online order up and claimed  they sent me a 50 gift card that I never received. I decided to go back in to find some shoes  that I love and now I have to drive out of town to get them.

Expensive compared to another place in the exact same mall. A whole $40 difference in the price of Nike shoes.

I got some Campion slides and they are lit. 5 stars. $40 with $20 off.

We just bought shoes at Finish Line in Forsyth & had AMAZING service from Brandon. He knows his products, could accurately size feet on sight, & cared enough to help us find something the kids really liked while staying  within our budget. We will definitely be repeat customers! My kids were even impressed! We thought he had great customer service even before he gave us a great deal. Thank you!

Great customer service. I was able to get a under armour hoody that was originally i think over $60 But was on sale for @$45 and got an additional %off that! Im sorry i cant remember exactly what it was but thanks to a very good employee i was able to get for like $26 and some change! I definitely will be returning!!! I think the employee was 30yrs old give r take short blonde hair with glasses sorry im terrible with names but keep up the good work!  Thanks alot!  Regards, Josh

I had the worst customer service experience ever. I rather drive some where else. I should have check the reviews before I went there. Never again it is bad business in there. Lord Jesus
