Shopped there twice now. Staff is overall friendly. Both of the young ladies working there are super good. They searched for shoes for me and brought several sizes to make sure they fit. Pricing is great and the selection is decent but they will run out of sizes this as to do with pricing so if you want a show from there make sure you get there quickly or call for them to check.
Super disappointed and a little confused. My mom and I went into the store to look for some sneakers and we ended up leaving feeling bad about going in. The women’s shoe selection was very small, the workers there lacked any form of pleasantry, never greeting us or even smiling and were very, very short with both of us. I tried on a couple pairs of shoes and both the workers behavior made me feel like it was an inconvenience and nuisance...mind you my mom and I were the only customers in the store. I’d like to give them the benefit of the doubt and reason that maybe they were just having bad days but if you’re working in retail and customer service it’s your job to at the very least be pleasant. Although the staff were less than impressive I do like the deals and the quality of the shoes they carry are nice. The store it self is also well maintained. If I ever go in again hopefully the staff are in better moods.
Surprised to see the past few reviews, I found that they had an excellent selection of shoes. Staff wasn’t overly friendly however they helped me out as soon as I asked for help! Also the 20% military discount is very much appreciated! Can’t beat that! I would recommend this store! In my opinion they have a better selection than those at the Pacific view mall.
Not only they"re overpriced, but while they help you, they also leave you to talk to new customers who are just walking in - we assume they work on commission..they take for granted that you'll need shoes and you'll buy them anyway, even while you wait for the shoes you want to try, they'll still run to the front to speak to a new person who just walked in, ...they did that to us with 3 different customers who walked in and when we finally got the shoes of our choices 4 pairs for our grandsons, we went home only to find that a pair had two right foot and when we went back, they didn't apologize - we have 6 grandsons, and we always shop for good shoes for them - here we spent $780 and while the quality of the shoes is good we'll never shop here again
The place opened on time and their client experience was top notch. You can tell they know their stuff. Mayani was amazing and I am going to send everyone over to that store!
Horrible service, went in to buy shoes and the guy gave me the wrong gender and when I bought them not knowing they threw away my receipt and when I called they said it was fine as long as I remembered when I bought them, and when I went in the manager tried saying they were dirty. Overall horrible and never ever come here for shoes you"ll end up getting screwed over and lied to never spending a dime here again
I went in and one of the workers I think his name is Bobby or something but he was really helpful and kept up a good conversation while he was helping and also there was also a girl working there that was really nice and pretty cute overall service was great
Horrible customer, and the lady who helped me got my order wrong. She was to focused on her acrylic nails and dancing to the music that was playing in the store.. I won’t ever order anything in store with them again! Taking my business somewhere else.
when I was walking through the door there was two or three young man standing outside tired and grumpy he did greet me in a grumpus way I went in there was a young boy by the name of Diego was very nice and help me out with a smile that's the way I expect to be greeted when I walk into a store so I bought two pairs of shoes from him store 1097, first-time customer
A great place to go shopping always a wonderful variety of shoes different name brands people that work there give you good customer service very attentive and very helpful I have found a lot of good pair of shoes at very reasonable sales prices
