I stood in line at least 10 minutes watching the employees put clothes away behind the counter. Once I step to the counter another lady walked up and they helped her right away. I wonder is their customer service provided by what color you are. I was never was even offered help on getting a pair of shoes from the back.
Do not shop here. Staff is incredibly unprofessional and refused to help with a return. Literally said, “I would have to re-do inventory.” It was almost like there was a hidden camera and it was a prank as they continued to seem to want to pick a fight... there are so many other respectful places to shop. Avoid at all costs.
Not enough employees to help size shoes. Very small shoe selection, the same shoe displayed multiple times. We picked out 5 pairs of shoes and they didn't have them in the colors or sizes requested, big kids 6.5.
I was NOT happy with the customer service I received here. Me and my sister asked an employee if she could help us and then she proceeded to be very uninterested and unhelpful. Acting like me and my sister weren't worth her time. WE are the customers! We are the people spending our hard earned money at this shoe store. We are buying expensive shoes from this place the LEAST they can do is provide good customer service. When I open my shoe box at home I find that the shoes are tied in two very different ways. This is EXTREMELY frustrating because TWO different employees examined the shoes and didn't think to say something. I am very unhappy with the service I got at this place and will not be shopping there again.
Finish Line is a fantastic place to shop. The new management is doing a fantastic job of handling shoe releases and creating an atmosphere that keeps loyal customers coming back! The community appreciates you!!
I will never shop at this store again. FinishLine in the University Park mall in Mishawauka, IN. Got a problem and you need to speak to someone? Try calling… They just let the phone ring off the hook. After 3 minutes, it disconnects and you need to try again. If you can get one of their misfits to answer, do not expect an ounce of professionalism, politeness, or any person who is helpful, caring, or good-hearted. And if you have to make a return for defective merchandise, expect to be met with resistance and hostility. They prefer to push that off onto the manufacturer. Being there feels more like being in a women’s prison rather than a shoe store. So, if you’re into having that vibe, along with extremely rude service and painfully slow checkout lines, then this is your place to shop! If I can bring myself to do business with FinishLine ever again, I can assure you it will not be possible by doing business at this particular store.
Went to exchange my daughters basketball shoes we bought her for Christmas. I misplaced our receipt but just needed to switch the shoe size. I didn’t want money back I just needed a bigger size. The manager on said it was against their policy to do anything without a receipt! I called 2 different stores an hour away and they informed me that this is wrong. It can be done with an even exchange or store credit. I felt I was being profiled. My daughter starts basketball this evening and I turned around and bought $140 pair of shoes that I didn’t need to buy but I did because I wanted her to have them and be excited about the season.
Won a raffle for a retro Jordan release and when I got to the store for pickup they did not have my pair. I’m guessing an employee sold them. Store employees and customer service gave me the run around regarding solving the issue and told me it was nothing they could do. Don’t waste your time trying to win a shoe raffle on their app because it always crashes and you will almost never win. And when you do you most likely still won’t get your pair.
You might want to check who you guys are hiring. I called today with questions about a return and the associate didn’t even say who he was or that it was even finish line. He also hung up on me before I was even finished talking. Will be returning my items today and won’t be back.
Went in yesterday after work with my husband and baby, we had a gift card for 250 just looking around seeing what we wanted tye most, and the whole time we felt very very uncomfortable with three different employee's watching our every move it felt like. Making us feel very uncomfortable, but not one employee greeted us or asked if we needed help finding anything. First of all how rude!! I work im a manger in hospitality so i know good and bad service, also a former employee of retail and i always offered my guest spme sort of help or greeted them. And what's funny the store wasn't even busy! If you had thr time to sit and watch us and make us feel uncomfortable then you have the time to offer your assistance or at least be kind.
