Tried returning a pair of shoes that I ordered online. The shoes are brand new and were not tried on at all. The manager refused the return due to “creases” on the shoes, but the shoe was made with tumbled leather. I even pointed out that the ones out on display look the same, and she responded with I don’t have to except the return . The manager lacks knowledge of basic shoes, and customer service skills which hopefully can be rectified with training. I ended up returning them online with no problem.

Went inside to shop for shoes, for my daughter today. Wasn't greeted by anyone in the store. I sat down waited for my daughter to pick out a shoe to try on. A gentleman that was talking with his other store employees, asked if we need I size. I said yea, I turned around to look at my daughter. And the gentleman did not come over to help. He continued to talk to the other store employees. So I asked him again. Told him we needed help. And a lady that was an employee spoke up and said he did ask you if you needed a size. I told her I  did tell him yea. So she said oh. By that time I felt that was rude and didn't want to be there anymore. My daughter tried on her shoe and Said no. She told me after we left. She told the gentlemen she wasn't interested and that the other lady was rude. I shop for my family 5 kids 4 grandkids along w my wife. I definitely will not be coming back to the finish line w my business. When other stores at the mall treat you so much better. I do not recommend this store for your shopping needs.

I moved here about 3 years ago . I’ve always preferred Finishline over all the stores in this mall . Why ? The music was always pumping , the staff was always super happy , The store manager would be so involved  , and I could get great service . Now I go and just wonder what is this place . Standing around looking at me , This one young lady just looked extremely mad wearing orange - The other employee was leaning over the counter on her phone and I had to say “ Helllo” in a nice manner , which I asked about a shoe size I got what I like to call clerking .   A basic no we don’t have that size and back to what they were doing , Like well sell me something else I have money This place has went down the drain fast and quick . I want to give Finishline negative stars . I went to footlocker and spent $300 shoes and outfit .

I went to this finishline a couple times this week, there has been a very rude manger telling me I can’t buy shoes etc like I don’t have the money to spend or I don’t have the capability to buy them… I think she needs to get fired ASAP. Im not the only person who has had an issue lately- cooperate if you see this fire the manger in Sioux Falls  Bless up lvl up. Footlocker will be taken my money

After a long day of school shopping we finally stumbled across this finish line which was perfect for our last stop because all we needed were shoes ! Upon entering the store I could tell it was well managed because it was spotless and had the latest trends on display ! They staff were unbelievably kind and greeted us as soon as we came in which was nice ! After shopping around the store for a lil bit my two daughters selected a shoe to try on and one of the store members who’s name was Maurice I think quickly came to see what we needed and went and gathered the shoes for them to try own !my kids can be a lil indecisive when it comes to everything but no matter how many times they asked for different shoes he handled them with care! When my girls finally found the shoes we wanted we were quickly rang up and thanked for coming in ! It was one of the best experiences with shoe shopping I had .they didn’t make us feel rushed or even show frustration when my kids just could make up there minds ! I highly recommend this store if you like great customer service ..although it’s way in the back of the mall it was worth the walk! Thanks finish line for making our shoe shopping experience go smooth !

Staff friendly and attractive. Manager answered all my questions about different style shoes for my son. Store clean and alot of styels  No complaints I feel the store is alienated from rest of mall.  Prices comparable to other  shoe stores.

Long time customer. staff untrained in customer service... dred manager is trash. Ignored myself and other customers walking in. Was talking on cell phone. Then went to back room saw thru stock room door hitting cartridge pen. Loaded...shoes and apparel were nice tho. What happened finishline?

Terrible customer service. Sales clerk got the shoe I wanted to try on, she dropped it at my feet and went over to her register area to visit with her coworker.  Easy decision to walk out the door.
