Third time using FTF. Love all the products they carry, super helpful, and install was quick and easy. They have tiled my bathroom, replaced all the hardwood floor for my upstairs, and carpeted my stairs. They are and have always been reliable and I will continue to use them for future projects in my home. Thank you FTF!
The Finishing Touch Floors were referred by a Friend. No doubt they exceeded my expectations. Dave worked with me to fit my budget. He provided quality carpet for a reasonable price. The installation team were professional and did very clean and excellent job. This is second time Finished Touch Floor exceeded our expectation and did a remarkable job on our hardwood flooring, Juan and Manuel have excellent customer service and great installers. I would recommend Finishing Touch Floor if you have carpet and flooring need you should check them out. They customer service is A+++++
Great first experience with new carpets! Donovan, Katie, and John were all exceptionally patient and helpful in guiding us through the process of picking out a new carpet based on our current home design and lifestyle. We went with a local company that had the carpet in stock so the installation was within a week of picking it out! The installation team was efficient and thorough. Super happy with the results and overall experience.
The Finishing Touch Floors installed hardwood floors throughout our downstairs and carpet upstairs. We chose The Finishing Touch because we wanted to work with a local company in Laguna Hills, and we are extremely happy with our decision. John and Dave are very professional and knowledgeable; true experts in flooring. The installers were also exceptional. They arrived on time everyday and worked meticulously. We don't have any reservations recommending The Finishing Touch Floors.
My husband and I wish this was about the outcome of the actual job, but unfortunately our review can only be on the proposal process as we never got past that phase. Over a month ago we reached out to the Company for a quote. We connected pretty quickly and arranged a meeting. First encounter was a late arrival due to another job...we were fine with that as it happens and they touched base to let us know. Next though we had to locate all our materials so that a quote could be formed. While we realized this would have to happen sooner or later, we did have to occupy someone elses time at a materials store in showing us product not even knowing if we would work with them because depending on who we chose for the job we may end up going to another supplier. Other places have given us a quote and then a budget. Next once we spent time getting material costs, our representative was not at the appointment to receive the information as he was at another job. We then rearranged to meet him at the Costa Mesa location in order to discuss the job further, he again was a no show. Finally we have reached out to him because if we didn't communication would not occur and been promised a quote on no less than two occasions and as of today nothing. So other than narrowing down some material for when the ultimate job will be done, we have wasted a month thinking we would have a quote to evaluate for our job. And while compared to some jobs its not the biggest, for us a $35k-50k is a lot and we would have appreciated a little more respect for our time and effort to give Finishing Touch the opportunity for our business....which our initial call to them was due to a couple recommendations from others. Sorry to say we cannot now do the same.
My husband and I have had a really negative experience with this company. We are still waiting for them to correct the installation issues with our kitchen floor, and it's going on six months. The original layout we specified was not followed, and all the parties agreed it would be corrected. But there have only been broken promises of getting us "on the schedule." We have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they have sent five letters, none of which have been responded to. They will most likely be suspended.
I gave them 10k up front and I had to beg them to show up after that, please just look on the net for people other than the owners reviewing themselves. They are being sued by a bunch of people and have lost their contractors license, need I say more? Good luck, you will definately need it with them. They are hands down the most dishonest company operating in California.
They are truly the nicest family and we refer them to everybody we know. They do fantastic work. Thanks Dave
