One of the worst haircuts I got. One side is longer than the other and is not even faded right. Asked for a specific hair cut and got a haircut the barber wanted to give to me and not the one I asked for. Keegan got help on trying to cut my hair and still had a messed up hair cut. Also got cut various times by his clippers. Then also got charged full price for the messed up haircut as well. Do not go to this location if you are looking to get a haircut. Try a Floyd’s or some other shop other then this union station location.Service: Haircut

Missed my first appointment because of circumstances that were outside of my control and was charged for the full amount for my booking. I don’t know many businesses that operate like this but it’s absolutely ridiculous to be charged $50 just because I couldn’t make my appointment.
My haircut was fantastic, as always. The stylists here are very skilled and listen well. Never disappointed with how I look when I leave.
I live in Downtown Denver. I got an appointment online, when I got to Finley's I got a great haircut from Lena. She was wonderful. Super nice, the barbershop was spotless. One of the best haircuts that I have had in a long time. I will be back to see Lena!! AWESOME PLACE!Service: Haircut
I chose this score of 10 because 11+ was not an option. Clyde M. Is one of the most wonderful people, and most astute hairstylist professionals that I have had the privilege of trusting my hair and time to. It was time well spent and I left with the best haircut in Denver, the best haircut this side of the Mississippi, and quite possibly in the Americas. I am fortunate to now know Finley's, and Denver is fortunate to welcome Clyde.Services: Scissor cut

I had an appointment with Victoria Palacios on 6th of Oct. Due to the broncos game traffic i was exactly 10 minutes late. My appointment was at 1630 and I was talking with Victoria at 1640. She advised me that she could not do the haircut due to me being late, which is understandable. But the fact that there was not a single soul and a broncos game was going on, I believe she could’ve cut my hair she just didn't want to. Which again is completely okay, what I don't appreciate and why the one star; is for wasting my time. As she owns times is money, and someone could have called me to let me know if I was more than 5 mins late I would not be able to attend the appointment. In which i would’ve canceled the appointment paid the cancellation fee and found another barber. But instead they inconvenience you by having you drive all the way to their location just to tell you that you can’t attend the appointment. It's the small things that make a difference in customer service and this shop i can tell does not know what good customer service is. Will not be returning here even if it is the last barber on earth. Burned that bridge...
