Dr. Chattathil is an excellent doctor! You always have his full attention at your appointments. I never realized how distracted other doctors seemed until I started going to Dr. Chattathil. He's not looking at a laptop or charts he looks at you and does his best to understand everything you are telling him.

Literally the worst doctors office I’ve EVER brought my children to . Dr. Brendan is super irresponsible as a doctor for children. My son is on a controlled substance and every single time I need his script refilled I have to call them for 2/3/4 days before it gets refilled because this man literally has a million and one excuses every single month as to why he can’t refil it the 1st 2nd 3rd day I call he was busy with patients all day etc etc he was out the day etc. my son can’t go to school and I can’t go to work because this man is irresponsible and can’t has to be reminded 3 days in a row to fill a script. The best care I've had in years with a very knowledgeable and empathetic staff. I couldn't be more pleased. My Doctor is very informative, LISTENS and is genuinely KIND. He cares!

My PCP is excellent and it does have in- house Lab services. Staff members are responsible, reliable, respectful people. I've not had to wait beyond 15 minutes before any service was rendered. Place is conveniently located for locals, ample parking , building is clean and my experiences have been excellent.

I have been going to Cohoes family care for at least 20 years now and I have Dr Sam, she is literally the best family doctor I ever had, I really enjoy my visits with her, she is patient, explains everything, I never leave confused. She is the best. Thank you Dr.sam!
