Loretta Fiori-Thomas, Attorney (Of Counsel). Loretta was admitted to the bar in 1987. She was raised on the Enumclaw Plateau and attended Auburn High School. She received her undergraduate degree from The Evergreen State College in 1984 with her education emphasis in business and she attended law school in Tacoma at the University of Puget Sound School of Law (now known as Seattle University).
Heather C. Ramirez, Attorney. Heather graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Minor in Near Eastern Languages and Civilizations. After completing an internship at the Washington State Attorney General's Office, Ms. Ramirez aspired to pursue a professional graduate degree in law. Upon entering law school, Ms. Ramirez received a Dean's Diversity Scholarship and graduated from Seattle University School of Law with a Juris Doctor in 2006.
After being admitted to the Washington State Bar Association, Ms. Ramirez practiced law in the private sector with an emphasis in family law. In July 2014, Ms. Ramirez joined the Fiori Law Office as an associate attorney exclusively devoting her legal experience and skill to the practice of family law. Ms. Ramirez compassionately advocates on behalf of her clients while she assists them in successfully resolving difficult disputes and navigating through litigation and/or court procedures
Michelle C. Cummings, Limited Licensed Legal Technician, Licensed in Family Law (Domestic Relations). Michelle has been employed with the Fiori Law Office, Inc. since August 15, 2011. Michelle received her AAS from Highline Community College's Paralegal Studies Program in the Summer of 1998.
Michelle has worked for several law firms ranging from a solo practitioner to large litigation firms in the following areas of law: family law, personal injury, criminal and products liability civil litigation.
Her passion has always been to help others and found that her skills were best used in the practice of family law.
She successfully completed her studies at the U.W. School of Law earning her Limited License Legal Technician (LLLT) Program Certificate in December 2014 and passed her exams for Limited License Legal Technician (LLLT) in the area of Family Law (Domestic Relations) and The Rules of Professional Conduct in May 2015. Michelle is the first Limited License Legal Technician (LLLT) in the State of Washington. She was admitted to the limited practice of law pursuant to rule 28 of the Admission and Practice Rules in Washington by the Supreme Court of Washington on June 25, 2015.
