FIRE BOWL CAFE

The prices were very good here. I ordered the vermicelli dish, it was decent, but the flavoring spice they used had a very strong flavor and was more overpowering than expected. My guy got some sweet-and-sour chicken, I liked his dish a little bit more. I get the vibe that they probably do the most business with takeout orders. We came in during the last hour of business, so we had to wipe off our booth a little bit before we sat down since it had already been wiped off. Everyone that I spoke to was efficient and kind, even when I didn’t realize that the plastic ware came from a little dispenser by the drink machine.

Fairly good food with a larger menu, that has a lot of choices. I had the “Stir Fry Your Way”, and while the vegetables and sauce were tasty, the chicken was disappointing and dry. The cafe was clean with a steady stream of customers, so maybe it was just a rare miss on my meal. Dec 2022

I really want to like this place, the menu is built out really nice. BUT, unfortunately, after two trips months apart I must say their food is VERY salty. It's hands down the saltiest food I've eaten. In short, this place is like Panda Express, but they cook-to-order and unfortunately way, way saltier.Food: 2/5

Decent food with great ambience and view. Perfect place for a date with Mountain View. Do try their drunken noodles and basil fried rice.

Good place- I ordered shrimp Thai bowl with lemon basil sauce and brown rice for $11.95 and my wife got a spicier bowl with chicken for $10.95- the food was good - the restaurant very clean including the bathroom- and the staff are friendly and accommodating- there are a lot of things on the menu for variety and best of all HEALTHY so you have energy for the next day. I would definitely go again.

First time here and I ordered the General Tso’s chicken with Fried Rice. It reminds me of General Tso’s but the sauce does not quite hit the mark. I would have enjoyed this much more if I had ordered the rice in a separate container seeing as though the sauce completely over took the rice. You can’t get one bite without a mouthful of SAUCE. I will say the chicken is good regardless, spice level is low. Server was helpful. Price: $12.50. I didn’t finish this meal.

2/26/22-Been coming to this place for years. Their coconut soup is the best. The drunken noodles are very spicy. There are a few negatives about this place though. First, the handicap parking is way in the middle of the shopping center and the parking right in front the have made for pick up. This forces handicap people have to travel further then they should, so this place is not ADA friendly and that's why I couldn't give them five stars. Also they are not open on Sundays so this cuts the time you can visit them in half if you have a normal Monday to Friday work week. There have been many Sundays when we would have stopped in if they were open.

Really Nicole shame on you. You have no business being a manager. Your people skills and customer service skills are obsolete. I ordered 1 entree and because you and your staff are too busy chopping it up with coworkers I had to come back and then had to deal with you. I won't be back until I know you won't be working. The owner needs to dismiss you! Clearly racially profiling at this establishment! Also you can't call because it goes to a vm then a busy signal. Nobody answered after 3 tries!

I loved these place for their quick and fresh service with nice ambience and beautiful mountain views. Gave more feels like sitting on top story building. The food was great. I went for choosing different items for a bowl. It was sweet, savory and spicy too. We got peanut sauce to top it up and it turned out amazing. They also have signature dishes like pad Thai and other But I am fan of red Thai curry. So went for it. Definitely try it out.

This place is just down the street from my job so it's very convenient instead of going across town for something else. It's a bit pricey sometimes and they charged me for extra peanut sauce. But other than that the young lady Nicole who manages it does very well when she's doing customer service she's very professional and customer orientated. Other than that she's always cleaning and keeping everything Up to standard for the customers. Most of the time I don't take lunch till 1 or 130 and it's not very busy. But the last time I was in there they were very busy and they stayed on top of The demand. Unfortunately I don't know if they have any type of rewards program for the members that Are loyal to their business. The only other issue I have is there's no Wi-Fi I like to listen to my music and programs on my phone while I enjoy my lunch that's the only break I get in the day till I get home. Other than that I just want to say thank you Nicole for keeping it professional and doing your job and stay on top of things we need more people like you who understand customer service and Taking pride in value in the people The frequent nearest doublishments.
