I took my mom and grandma out to dinner while they were in town here. Absolutely amazing mouth watering choices for dinner. The prime rib was cooked to perfection. The lobster and filet they both enjoyed was sweet and delicious as well.Food: 5/5
I enjoyed my lunch on the outdoor, sunny patio but kept the window closed due to the chilly weather. The Double Black Diamond martini, a pineapple martini, was smooth, not too sweet, and had the perfect amount of alcohol lol. I had the salmon with the lobster queso, mixed vegetables and gratin potatoes. Everything was flavorful! For dessert, I tried the cheesecake which had yummy fresh strawberries and blueberries! The waiter was attentive and gave amazing suggestions. I enjoyed everything but I recommend that they offer lunch specials because the pricing was the same as the dinner prices. Happy Hour is between 4-6 pm.
@Cleveland_kicknit on Instagram I was kinda bummed that they didn’t allow anymore reservations the day I went it was 4 pm in a Saturday we waited for 10 minutes for the hostess to eventually acknowledge us just to tell us we could only be seated the bar so we sat at the bar it was dirty and sticky the bar tender didn’t offer to wipe it off, he was so busy with other customers maybe he didn’t notice us because it took a while for him to walk over to ask us what we wanted. we ordered some appetizers and we had the chicken salad. The salad was very good. The overall experience was eh maybe it will be better on a different day when it’s not so busy and they are fully staffed
The service was terrible. We asked how long the wait would be to get a table and they say 40 minutes. We didn’t get sat until an hour and a half later. When we sat down no one came to serve us, we had to track someone down after sitting at our table for another 25 minutes. It took the host 20 minutes to get us waters and we still didn’t even have a server. Once we finally got a server, her forgot everything we told him we wanted because he didn’t write it down and had to come back and ask us our orders. Once we got our food, all of our orders were made wrong. Once we mostly got all of our food back correctly, the food was dry and cold. My burger was over cooked and burnt and my friends chicken was so dry. My other friends mac n cheese was cold. None of us could finish our food. The server never came back to ask us how our food was and didn’t give my friend ketchup when she asked for it. We ended up having to track the server down to get our checks. We felt we were ignored the whole night by the whole staff and we felt really disrespected. There were at least 7-8 servers on the floor and the restaurant isn’t even that big. Beyond disappointed. We will never be going back again. I do not recommend this place at all.
Came alone and was able to be seated immediately. Ordered the “Island of Misfits” cocktail and Chicken Pasta at the same time. Both were at my table within 10 minutes and were absolutely delicious! Wait staff was also friendly and attentive, but not overbearing. Will be back.
Service was horrible when first arriving at the restaurant, no one was at the door and had to wait like 10mins to get someone attention to be able to get seated. We got to the table, we still where not we still were still not acknowledge and still had to wait for the server to come over when she came over it seemed like she was going to be a good server but unfortunately she attended to the other parties than she did our party had to wait for her as multiple times for ice for my son's drink because the drink was not cold also received cold food and had to send it back. Had to ask for the complimentary bread as when we first come in. Finally ordered our drinks and appetizer. Then we where told that we had to wait until she came back because our hands were dirty to be able to order or entrees. This was my first time here and I was not impressed with the services I appreciate the managers that will work on around asking us if we were okay and also going to get us things to make us satisfied but as far as us returning again I would not.
Went here for happy hour it was a nice experience the firecracker shrimp was my favorite. The food overall was good and I really enjoyed the atmosphere we sat at the bar which was a of fun!
***UPDATE*** My family and I went here this past weekend, and it was quite different. The server was good, but she really needed some help. At times, it took a while to get our food and / or see the server. The manager came by, and we told her our concerns. The food was not what we expected and was slightly in need of being better than what it was A friend and I visited this restaurant and really enjoyed ourselves. I visited the one in Charlotte, N.C. and wanted to see if this one was just as nice and good as that one. The greeter was nice and directed us to our table Our server was also great and timely in taking our order and us receiving our food. My friend had the 9oz fillet mignon with the mushroom sauce and I the sesame ginger salmon both with the parmesan mash potatoes and side ceasar salad Both meals met our satisfaction
This restaurant is located in an area with a lot of other shops and restaurants within walking distance of this little area. Nice lively atmosphere. Our server was efficient and made our visit enjoyable. The service wasn't super fast, but we were not in a hurry. To be fair, the server was tending bar and waiting a few tables, so they did very well in our eyes. They have a nice selection of beers and cocktails.We went there for an early dinner/late lunch. We had the lemon drop, and Elysia Palmer are just two that we had that were really good. For appetizers, we had thai cauliflower, parmesean, and bourbon pork belly. I really liked the cauliflower and the pork belly the best. The thai cauliflower had a nice sauce, green onions, and pumkin seeds on it. For entrees, we had a smokehouse chicken sandwich, strawberry harvest salad, steak sandwich, and club sandwich. I would recommend the strawberry harvest salad, the steak sandwich, and the club sandwich. The taste of the smokehouse chicken sandwich was good, but the chicken was very dry. Too dry for my likes. They had a lot of other options of meals in their offerings, which we will gladly try the next time we come here. This place is definitely worth a try. Parking: Get there early to grab a spot.
Simply love this food! Everything was amazing until our server disappeared...the manager picked up the slack and saved the day and made our experience great!! The salmon lobster spinach fondue is the best as well as the cheese cake creme brulee...my 2 faves...wish there was a location in my hometown of Austin, Texas because I really enjoyed my meal!! Parking: Not a lot of spaces available, need more
