Fired Up Fitness is a small fitness studio in Fort Worth, Texas founded by women for women. We offer group classes, personal training, and are a welcoming venue for all kinds of community events. We have hosted babysitting nights, women specific self-defense classes, meditation workshops, children’s birthday parties, and CPR certifications just to name a few.
Fired Up Fitness was opened on a shoestring budget by two women who had had enough of the corporate run around, but still had hopes of making a positive impact in the lives of women in their community. We have been open since July 2014, and have impacted the lives of dozens of women throughout the area. We are a fitness studio where members become part of a family and emphasize the importance of a healthy, well-rounded life. Not just weight loss.
We've witnessed women walk through our doors feeling broken, insecure, and lost. After only a few classes we see this spark in their eyes and new found hope in their heart. After weeks and months of hard work surrounded by a community of women who offer love and support these new friends walk out confident, inspired, and transformed.
We've had women lose 20, 40, 80 pounds in under a year! No pills, potions, or gimmicks! Straight up hard work, sweat, and determination. Our community of "sweat sisters" is a STRONG one!
It's SO rewarding seeing the difference we are making in each individual's life. We are helping build stronger mothers, wives, and friends. We preach the importance of having a strong support system and strive to make Fired Up Fitness the place where it can thrive.
We consistently remind our members and customers that every one of us must first take care of ourselves before we can give our very best to our family and the others who rely on us. We build each other up through fun fitness classes, resources for everyday life, a staff of passionately loving instructors, and a safe place where women can come and be surrounded by positive uplifting peers.
