My rims and wheel wells never get clean even though I pay for the better monthly wash. I end up re-washing at home. You have to ask the attendant to power wash the wheels and wheel wells and they act like they don't even want to do it.

Doesn't wash certain vehicles good. 2023 Blazer. upper rear window area,lower rocker panels. Bugs in front grill and hood.They stated to me bring it back.Not worth the price. The car washes in Saginaw gets all the bugs off and better wash Then I gave them a tip.

I have a Toyota Venza,as small as my car is and as low to the ground that it is....you'd think my whole car would get washed. NOPE...not the case. I really liked being a member and washing my car whenever needed. When I noticed that my rims and tires were always left dirty or snow and chunks were left in tires.. I knew I was wasting my money. Also the dryer NEVER got my whole car, I stopped going here. I drive to saginaw to wash my car. The workers where I go take the time to soap up, scrub or hose down what's needed before the wash. I personally don't feel there is a car wash anywhere in Bay City worth going thru. Unless you go to the ones you do yourself.

Any time I try a new location the employees turns off the retractable feature overhead. I understand the risk to crossbars which is why I accept responsibility if something goes wrong. I have to continuously tell them  I want the full wash I paid for…..not the portion they think I should get.

Can't wait for another car wash in bay city. Cars never get clean since this became a mister carwash, and tired of being asked to tip the crew, it's awkward and annoying. It would be one thing if you still spot dried, actually pre spray the dirty spots, and my cars came out clean. Pretty underwhelming experience for the price.

Don't clean the car very well.  Usually have to go back through twice.  Never gets all the bugs off the front or windows.  What happened to the brush they use on the front before going through the wash?

Didn't get my truck clean.  Dirt under the door handles, dirt all over the tailgate and bumper, mud on the running boards, etc.  Couldn't even take the time to spray bug remover on the passengers side windshield.  Worst wash ever!!!

Went on Tuesday November 22,2022 and it was busy. Got the platinum wash and wax. Staff Did not use the water wand to spray the running boards. Got out of the car wash and showed it to the manager. He said to go back in line and got another wash. The attendant wrote on my windshield RB. Meaning to wash the running boards.  The  wand was never  taken out of the holder, again. Will not go back.Services:&nbsp;Polishing

Mr Car Wash does not pre-pay your vehicle, so in the winter, I often run through twice. It still doesn't get all the snow from around the tires. The automatic towel dryer is basically useless compared to the personal touch of hand drying. You might as well pay the monthly membership if you wash your vehicle more than once a month. Unfortunately, there are no other automatic wash options near me.

Awful,  Subscription is no deal in my opinion because you will need a new paint job quickly because Mr car wash system does not remove dirt or rust from the system properly and it scratches every vehicle.  A detail service at a local Chevrolet dealership in Bay city, michigan  gives Mr car wash a discount on scratch repairs due to amount of vehicles Mr car wash damages. Mr car wash as a quality company could fix this instead of causing damages. Previous owners of this facility, Firehouse car wash did not have that problem.  I will avoid using this car wash services in future.
