I’ve used fire house self storage on and off for over 15 years. They were recently purchased by “Storage Star”  They immediately raised the rates minimum of 35% spoke with an old man two units down who was removing his stuff and he said his rate has DOUBLED IN ONE YEAR. From $80 - $160 for a tiny unit. Then the gate has been broke causing everyone on half the facility to drive in circles for MONTHS. I call to ask when it’s going to be fixed and some Arab from across the world answers the phone and cannot connect me with the office. I drive to the office to ask questions and cancel my units this month and the door is locked and lights are off. It’s 11 am on Friday. Raise their rates and fire all office staff leaving no one working here. STAY AWAY spend somewhere else

I have had a unit at Firehouse Self Storage now for a few months. I have had the best experience. The staff is always available and go over and beyond to meet your needs. Nik went out of his way to help me with my unit and make sure all my needs were taken care of.  The staff really makes you feel valued as a costumer. I never worry about my items being stored there. I also found their payment system online very easy to use and convenient. I would recommend any of my friends and family to rent a unit at Firehouse Self Storage!  .

Staff seemed a bit overwhelmed when we came to rent a unit, but I attribute that to the influx of college kids from Ft. Collins. Unit security was very impressive and the facility was clean and well maintained. Rates were reasonable and units were large. A very pleasant experience overall.

Firehouse Storage is wonderful! Storage units are clean and the grounds are well Laid out . Access hours are convenient as well. However, the best part of my experience was Carla in the office! Her customer service was top notch! She was kind, knowledgeable, extremely helpful and was the highlight of my stressful move! Thank you Carla and Firehouse Storage!!!

I feel my stored items are safe, staff is helpful when I have questions and access to my unit is so convenient to me.  One visit I didn't have my padlock in correctly upon leaving & they called me soon after...thank you!  Location is so convenient as well.

Not a good experience!!!  We rented 3 storage units for several months.  When we ended our leases we gave the proper amount of notice for each unit.  We then received a statement for the upcoming month for the units.  We called the storage management team and they said the notices were automated and not to worry about it.  At the first of the month they charged us! They admitted it was incorrect but were unwilling to promptly return the money.  Need to wait 7-10 business days.  Not ok- Mortgage due and they are holding our money and now won't answer the calls!  6 days so far and they avoid calls and no return of funds. 12/15 sent to person below and still no response and no return of the funds. Buyer beware! As of 12/22 we still haven’t received the funds back.  Disappointed- we try to use local businesses but will definitely not recommend this one.

The staff at Firehouse Self Storage are very helpful, and pleasant folks.  i am constantly forgetting the gate code, need to have junk dealers and or bring in vans to "clean out" units have 2 and they are terrific. I might add they are conveniently located from Fort Collins and Loveland, secure facility ie no complaints period.

Great storage unit. High quality, secure, and wonderful customer service. Easy to get in and out of even with big trucks or in crummy weather. Highly recommend!

Decent storage facility. Although, there are no lights nor electric outlets in or near the rooms.  They also enforce a 10pm lock time with a $100 fee to let you out.

Fantastic! Firehouse is clean, well organized and staffed by the top of the line. A great experience from my phone call to the easy rental process.
