Firehouse Subs Clermont

This location does not disappoint!! Every sub I've had here has been delicious, today I tried the meatball and yet again a delicious sub!! Keep up the great work and don't forget the cookie, they are heavenly!!

I eat here every so often. The food is always good, I get the N.Y. Steamer. I came in on a day the toaster was down. I DO NOT recommend getting a sub when the toaster is down. It was terrible. This was nobody's fault for how it was made. I was surprised to have a sub not toasted made so much of a difference. The staff here are great and work hard. They always make my sub perfect!

Love the dietary options here. I am eating a keto diet and have whichever sub I order turned into a salad. The staff is always friendly and I have the option of ordering for pickup if they are busy. They do get busy around lunch. Dietary restrictions: They have option for a keto diet.

I got the New York steamer and was the worst sandwich I have ever had. I got the large and I got absolutely nothing on one side of the sandwich and the other half of the sandwich was all fat . There was no meat. Don’t go here. It was disgusting and scam on the portions in the sandwich.

Everytime I visit his location they seem not to have fireman hats for the kids. I can get past that. I understand inventory problems. The bad part is when you are treated with a rude response from an employee that they are down at the end. No apologies, no niceness, no service. I would ask to be treated, as you would want me to treat you, right?

Thank you for being a great merchant with Doordash today new merchant partner, I look forward to picking up more orders here and also trying out the food myself as the best Dasher of Clermont. I am sure my fellow Dashers will be happy to come here. I walked in and immediately noticed how professional the staff was that already had my order ready, Thank you again as some merchants partnered with DoorDash in this area is shameful. Cheers!

I absolutely love the subs here. I specifically come to this location because of Nicole. She always has a smile on her face and gives exceptional customer service. I just found out, after coming here for a while, that she's a manager....I would not have known because she is hard at work and most managers of places don't step up like that, they observe or ensure employees are doing their job. She is amazing and you can tell she truly cares about what she does and her customers. Thank you Nicole!!! You are the BEST!!! Also I just met another manager there today, I haven't seen her before but shout out to Hayley too!! She's super sweet and a great addition to the team. With Nicole and Hayley this location is in great hands. Great mangers and awesome subs, this is the location to go to!!!
