I was very disappointed . It took so long just to fill my small order over 15 minutes. My friend & asked for a courtesy cup of coke/sprite, water or whatever. The employee stated, "we don't do that". My sandwich had way too much mayo on it literally sliding apart & they did not give me my pickle slices. I guess I will have to continue waiting on my trips to Minnesota in order to enjoy "Firehouse Subs" ....... The best thing about my visit was chatting with the friendly lady preparing the sandwiches. She also made sure we got a courtesy cup of water
I was excited one opened up near my home. I called and found out they are still under construction but that catering was an option. I ordered for an event I had and the food was incredible. The staff were really friendly and everything was on point. Can't wait to continue my business here!
Hour and a half delivery time for a mile. Delivered our food to another customer who very politely called me to inform meand store had the nerve to tell me they'd go pick up the sandwiches from a stranger then bring them to me. That's gross, unprofessional, and very unsafe. I'll take the trip to oak lawn where food and staff is always great.
I was there for a Uber pickup. When I came through the door I heard arguing between the two employees. The manager said to stop but they act like they didn’t here her and keep on arguing. I thinking to by self this can’t be happening. There was two police officers seating down to eat. This is the worse customer service I’ve ever seen. I need the owner to see this review and fire all three of them. The manager for not having control of her employees and the employees for arguing in front of customers.
I ordered the hook and ladder salad. I didn't try it until I got home. It was delicious! I just wish they gave more dressing in those tiny containers, but all in all it is very worth the price!
Food took an hour to show up. Hot sandwiches were cold and soggy, and one was missing. I called the driver back who told me to call the restaurant. After several unsuccessful attempts to get someone to answer the phone, I finally gave up. Completely incompetent, broken restaurant. They’ll never see my business again.
We ordered threw GrubHub. Ordered a sandwich no mayo , salad no cheese, chips and 2 pops. Sandwich came with mayo salad came with cheese no chips and 1 pop. Called the store and was told we would get our correct order. Waited and waited. Called back and was told since we didn't send out order back they couldn't send the correct order. I guess next time we will invite the delivery guy into the kitchen and make him wait while we check our order. Called GrubHub and only got half of our money back. Since noone ate their order we basically paid $12 for 1 pop. Never again.
I ordered a small Smokehouse Beef and Cheddar Brisket sub. Though I anticipated the length, I had NO CLUE that my "specialty sub" would be especially thin and dry. This being my 1st visit to FSubs, I was COMPLETELY disappointed and will never come back. Note: THEY ALSO GAVE ME THE WRONG FREAKIN SOUP. I AM JUST SO DONE.
This place has the best subs hands down. I tried to wait approximately 5 minutes until I got home to eat the New York Steamer, but I failed. The ingredients are fantastic.
Omg they're sandwiches are so tasty and mouth watering. Love that you have so many choices as far as what goes on them. Can't wait to go back.
