Firehouse Subs North Lakeland

I waited 30 fudging minutes for a sandwich and it was a rush hour They are working in a slow pace like a sloth. But the sandwich was good .Food: 5/5

This is the first time I've ever been to a firehouse Firehouse subs fast food place and this is my honest review when we walked in it took us a minute to figure out where to order from there must have been six people in there and it was they where disorganized The tables were dirty they took our order and didn't mention to us how are where to collect our order, I walked up to the counter and asked how do we pick up our order do you deliver it to us at the table do you bring it to us to the counter do you call our name I don't know how you give our food to us our food came 22 minutes after we arrived with seven people working I think they probably could have got it to us a little faster but they didn't it looked a little disorganized behind the counter were six or seven people were walking around each other continuously, the place didn't seem like it was very homey as a place that you could just sit down and enjoy a family gathering, I ordered the half brisket and the macaroni the brisket was okay it wasn't great the macaroni was awful I felt like I was eating raw pasta macaroni very chewy my son ordered the chicken sandwich and he said the tastiest part of his sandwich was to pickle we paid $25 even for a meal and I'll be the first to say that I could have gotten subway for $18 and had a much better meal will I go there again probably not.

Food was as good as any other time of going to get something to eat. Just wish they would bring back the hot sauce section like in the past. Always loved getting that extra kick while enjoying the sub.Food: 5/5

Kinda empty in there but foods great. I highly recommend the brisket sandwich. It blew my mind simple and savory. Chicken dumpling soup is a must for me. Staff is super sweet and work Farely quickly.Food: 5/5

I have a love for the HOOK & ladder! There is something about the taste that is just soooo delicious. Just bought one tonight from this shop and it was HORRIBLE! Big globs of mustard, totally different taste than my usual order. YuckFood: 1/5

Rude as heck for one. Second, I asked if my sandwich was suppose to be hot and their response was it comes how it comes. Says the bread comes toasted and they press it unless told otherwise. OKAY THEN WHY IS MY SANDWICH COLD!! Horrible experience. Never again. Not to mention their soda machine was DISGUSTING WITH MOLD. And staff just gossiped and gossiped while customers in the store. You need to reevaluate your employees.

First time here n last the store was empty tvs were off no music playing the vibe there wasnt any. The sandwich I got was ehhh not really good the hook and latter well I after eating this I will need a latter to jump offf. It was pretty much them heating the meat and sliding it to some toasted bread . My wife salad looked like lettuce with deli meat that u get pre packaged and they just threw on her salad not even cut or sliced up. This place I can see why it’s empty

OK, I think the food will be good. I was walking up to the door with a 9-year-old when the little one ran to the edge of the sidewalk and got sick. Moments later a worker from inside came out with a cup of water and a fist full of napkins to help clean the little one up. WOW! How kind!!!! Didn't get to eat there this time but you bet we will be back!

Food was great and fast considering it’s made to order. Restaurant was clean. Staff was pleasant and helpful.
