Exceptional flavor, fresh food and fast service. I had the Chicken Bacon Ranch medium sub on wheat. My husband had the beef cheddar brisket medium on wheat. In the years of ordering here I have only positive feelings for this establishment. My order had never been wrong and it's pretty quick.Food: 5/5

Yes the food is Great. And fast and curtius service. But my boss ordered lunch and I went to pick it up. She gave me a $100.00 to pay for it. When I get there to pick it up the cashier said I can't take that. So had to run back to the shop to get change. We're a small business compared to them. They should've been able to take it. Just don't understand that.

The food was hot n taste great but I ordered X lettuce and didn't receive it Asked the rude mgr on the line for a side sge threw the bowl up on the counter. I asked for Firehouse sauce she threw 2 pkts as well. This lady should be on janitorial duties not managing. Hospitality should be her #1priority and that was not happening Today.. The team member working with her was more of a mgr than should was.

Purchase 3 sandwiches then they told me they ran out of captain sauce said they could not put any in a cup and had me buy a BottleService: 1/5

Some of the best chain sub sandwiches you can get. Hot, fresh & tasty. Service was great. Parking: Lots of parking out front. Hard to miss Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps all over

Second time I've ordered in a month and once again my order was missing 2 toppings. The last time was missing 3 smdh. Yet when I went in they were all in the back area talking and laughing.

Horrible customer service & dirty. They need to clean the front of house. I would hate to see the kitchen. never using this location again.Food: 1/5

Worst personnel ever. Fixed me the wrong sandwich, when I called told me I DONT CARE. Will never try this chain ever again.

So I tried a new sandwich to me from this location. Let me just say it was perfect. Tried the same sandwich at a diff location n it wasn't as good as the one I had here. Employees were great. Had questions abt the app part and were knowledgeable to explain the whole thing to me.
