We were passing through town but both needed trims. They fit us in, in spite of fully booked for appointments. Appreciated.
Almost guaranteed to be an unpleasant customer service experience. Have been here 5 times, had good service once, and every other time was regrettable. There is a noticeable lack of willingness to take initiative or do right by the customer.
Was able to get a quick sameday appointment and a great haircut by a very good stylist.
Good hair cut but they don't exactly listen to what you want, i suggest you tell them about an inch or 2 below what you really want. And don't get your eyebrows waxed, my lady didn't even ask how I wanted them done. They almost took off my whole eyebrow. Instead of have them thick and nice, their like a pencil and don't fit my face. But besides that they were friendly.
So in love with my cut and color! Sherri Kasaboski is a fabulous hair stylist whom I highly recommend I will be back again soon! Thank you First Choice Renfrew! Really glad to say you were a great choice today lol
I walked into this salon on a Thursday afternoon and within five minutes a stylist named Jayme took me back to wash my hair and start the process of cleaning, cutting and blow drying my hair. She was great! She listened to what I wanted and did exactly as I had requested. She was quick about it too and the price was fair. She made sure that neither the water nor the hairdryer was too hot during the whole process and asked before applying any products to my hair, which I usually don’t use. Typically I walk out of the salon with a head of moused and/or sprayed hair that feels like a helmet, but not this time, which was such a relief! I highly recommend Jayme and this salon.
very disappointed made an appointment for today went there and they were not open. I know it is snowing but someone should have taken the appointment book home and cancelled the appointments.. this not the first time they have screwed up.
Great prices and the staff are very friendly. I can get in the same day I call too.
Renfrew, ont location. Looking for an amazing hairstylist with over 25 yrs exp? Sherry Kasaboski is your woman. Amazing stylist, great advice. Only one I will trust with my hair!
Not much hope of getting in without an appointment but they were ready for me at my appointed time and they are friendly
