I spoke with Mr. Eli Stroud today and he was such a helpful and nice person. I've been on the phone with a lot of people regarding my mother's estate and he was ,by far, the most pleasant and helpful person I had the pleasure of dealing with.  TH

I went to the bank on Friday and Ms. Debbie helped me with some paperwork I had to submit. She was so nice and patient, even though I brought the wrong paperwork; she was able to help me. Excellent customer service, she's the best.

I have banked here since moving to NC 17yrs ago and they have been amazing at both the Rural Hall and Kville branches.  Ruth Dowell at RH, Debbie and Molly at kville.  Thank you!!  THall

Tremendous customer service. This is a customer service driven location. Some places treat you as a number. Not this location. Come here to be treated as you should.

Most of the people here are amazing and sweet! They can thank their customer service for now losing a long time customer though..sad!
