*Response to owner* STOP LYING…. Your trickery is not gonna work this time. Your dealing with the wrong person.  I have pictures and proof of no signs on the machine I used. Your machines don’t rinse & YOU GUYS TOOK RESPONSIBLY AND TRIED WASHING MY CLOTHES AGAIN. Like I said if I don’t hear back from the OWNER  by Monday I will take further legal action on this establishment.  BEWARE THIS LAUNDRY MAT MACHINES WILL  STAIN YOUR CLOTHES ! I’m trying to reach the owner or manager of this laundry mat because their machines ruined my clothes and a rude lady named  Joanne is refusing  give me their names or a way to get a hold of management. If I don’t get a response by Monday. I will see you guys in Small claims court. Simple as that you can try and ignore your customers but a judge won’t stand for that.

Such a bad experience in here I don’t recommend this place at all. The staff is completely rude and don’t even care about their customers. I came to the desk to ask for help where this lady was on her phone and when I ask for her she said it was not her problem, I had to pay 2 times for the washer because she didn’t want to help me.

Can’t complain. I haven’t used coin laundries much in my life, so this is a new experience, but I can confidently say that this place is much better than broken, overpriced, and nasty machines of CSC. Would recommend.

The ladies that work in there are rude nosy and horrible customer service talk about you in front of you won’t be returning

Ive known the ladies that run the front since I was really little, they are very sweet and build great relationships with people. If you need to do laundry somewhere in Jacksonville, do it here, the place gets busy sometimes but everyone is really nice. They definitely have me coming back.

I loved coming to this place but my wife came up this morning seeing if there were quarters, the woman working the store was super rude telling my wife she cannot have any quarters. Even after my wife clarified that I was literally going to be there in a few minutes to do our laundry, the woman told my wife to leave. No problem we will never come here again. The woman had a thick accent.

Friendly staff, nice and clean here and maintained well. Love the ladies who work here, so friendly and helpful. McB's is very close so I go have a drink while clothes wash/dry   Doing laundry here
