The First Colony Branch Library in Sugar Land is one of 10 branches of Fort Bend County Libraries, a public library system in Fort Bend County, Texas.
Fort Bend County Libraries' First Colony Branch Library opened in June 1993, the second of the four new branches built with bond-election funds voted for in 1989.
