First Federal Bank of Kansas City

Very impressed with the assistance provided at First Federal Bank! I was looking to open a new account, and had many questions that the rep was able to address & answer with friendliness and patience and made sure I understood everything. Best bank in the area hands down if you want friendly and personal service!

I absolutely love First Federal Savings and Loan bank at 87th and Metcalf. Every time I pull up to the window, they greet me with a smile, they know my first name, and they’re just very kind and considerate, and just such a pleasure to work with. I even had my sister with me one time and we pulled up and they’re like hello Chris, is that your sister with you. They are just a pleasure to do business with. If I ever have a problem, doing something, they are there to help me and not make me feel like I don’t know what I’m doing. I love those people at that bank.

First Federal has been my bank for over 4yrs now. I’ve never had a issue that wasn’t fixed promptly! Every staff member I’ve ever encountered has been AMAZING! I highly recommend you bank here!!

This is my favorite bank, I have both my business and personal accounts here and its always a pleasure coming in. They know me by name and are very helpful about keeping my business and personal transactions separate which is a very important factor for me when choosing a bank used for my LLC. This bank and branch beat the national chain banks by a mile!

First week I back into parking space, I'm a pro, they say something to me like I'm not suppose to do that at a bank... I look around take my glasses down lol around again lol at her, well I don't see a sign that says I can't... but it says on the door not to eat my sunglasses in here but here I am. The next week I pull in spot to into food delivery guy back into spot. Delivers food I ask why it was ok for him and not me... no answer. This week I pull in just to find out they are closed early told to go to drive thru.. just to find out the system is down and can't help me... worst location of an already terrible bank. Def would not recommend this location if forced to use this bank.... edit. 5 star reviews all come from those with 1 or very few reviews... think about that one

I was trying to get an auto loan and ended up getting an even better car than what I originally anticipated. These people are amazing! I personally got to work with Amanda who is both real and fantastic at her job. Definitely recommend this place!

Originally started off with just my mortgage but the value and excellent customer service that I was given I decided to switch over from Bank of America. Amanda at this branch went above and beyond. I cannot recommend them enough

Came in to check out what all is offered at First Federal and to possibly open an account here as well. All my questions I had were answered fully and everything was explained throughly and felt confident in knowing how well my experience will be banking here!

I had a great experience with switching a few different savings accounts into this banking location. Customer service was amazing and extremely helpful. I was impressed with how knowledgeable the entire staff was. I will be continuing my business with this company for many years to come.

The community involvement of this financial institution is mind blowing. They are doing a toy drive at the moment. Donations are going to the Community Services League and New House. Drop off at Metcalf or any First Federal Bank.
