First Flame Fireplaces

I spoke with Scott at First Flame ..he Took an interest and my fireplace Measurements He showed me several units that would likely fit my fireplace. He said Hey would be in touch with me With several quotes.. I am including a photo that I took of one unit I liked

Awesome place to get a fireplace or aquascapes ponds, coal, and pellets. Beth, Scott, and Brian are very knowledgeable and if they don't know something they do find answers.

Worst service ever !!!! Sold me parts for my stove I didn't need ! Would not recommend this business to anyone.

Lots of gizmos if your into the stuff they sell. I am definitely not interested in anything they have, I took a friend over. Its unusual cause even a place that I am not familiar with would still have at least one item that interest, here not a one.

Stopped in to look at new pellet stoves. The person that waited on me answered all my questions oh and i had a bunch of questions very nice . Just didnt have what I was looking for in my price range that i could afford. I would shop there again

Very helpful and friendly. We came there for some bags of coal and pellets, and they did all the lifting and loading for us, and wished us a nice day.

I get all my coal here. The people who run it are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and always helpful. Totally recommend.
