First Frame Bowl

Staff was really friendly when they were around. We had issues on multiple lanes had to move once. Our pepperoni pizza came to the table covered in black pepper super spicy. The loaded fries were under whelming. The boneless buffalo chicken was pretty good. The free refills were great, if you could find someone to refill your glass. Staff was split between the bowling alley and mall restaurant. Even with the free summer bowling we still spent $60 for 4 people between shoe rental and food.

This place is in serious need of cleaning and repair. Found a dead roach on the floor amongst other disgusting dirt. Furniture is damaged and in need of replacing. There was trash laying around on adjacent tables. The pins down the lane have great difficulty reseting if they even reset at all. Some of the ball returns are damaged. Holes and leaks in the ceiling are very noticeable. The carpet in the arcade was disgusting. The bowling shoes I got size 13, the only pair they have for that size were in a very sad state of disrepair and bairly functioned as shoes. The balls themselves were seriously worn out. I saw a kid there managed to pull the keypad off the stand while I was in there. Employees don't seem to care and just sit around and talk with each other. The only reason I am giving this place 2 stars is because it it technically a functional albeit bairly bowling alley. This place is in serious need of repairs, cleaning, and just overall care.

Nice cozy place. Across from the movie theater in case you show up to your movie too early like I did. The bartender Rhonda was very professional and patient with my indecisiveness when it came to ordering drinks. Prices are amazing for it being a bar in a bowling alley.

Lanes are unregulated....Hot as hell with no A/C. Service was terrible and the building was empty as hell because of everything I listed. We walked up to the counter and they literally stared at us and walked away. It was hotter than a mechanic shop inside, I felt more relief at the beach with no breeze in 100 degree weather. Never again

Incredibly sad bowling alley. First off there was water all over the tile by the front door and had no wet floor signs out that's a big issue waiting to happen where my pregnant army veteran wife almost slipped and fell. It was extremely hot inside. Could barely see anything because it was so dark. Smelled very musty, probably a ton of mold. There was trash on the tables, trash literally on the lanes. The lane broke down and they didn't do anything to fix it when we told them, instead we get told oh it broke yesterday. The lanes probably have not been oiled sine the 90s. Bathrooms were horribly dirty. Staff Incredibly unfriendly and rude. Asked for a refund and got out of there! First and last time

The woman at the counter is so nice and friendly. She does everything! So pleasant to deal with. She was able to multitask without making anyone feel like they were being slighted. We will definitely come back because of her great customer service.

I went with my family and it was awesome. Great lanes, chicken wings and arcade prizes. I can't wait to come back.

Today, a group of 12 family members went to the bowling alley. The staff was very patient and courteous the whole time. Our 8 year old niece played one of the arcade games in the bowling area and won the Nintendo Switch! She was so excited. As we bowled chicken wings, fries and drinks were ordered. The food arrived hot and everything was very good. Thank you it was a good way to spend time with family. We will return.

Awesome time today at Lake Wales Bowling! They had an amazing deal for FREE bowling and really enjoyed their food from the cafeteria. Seems like it just opened up and I encourage anybody who is looking for something to do in Lake Wales or anywhere in Polk County to check it out. Or even after your movie at eagle ridge mall, just hop on over across the hall to bowling, arcade, food, and soon to form a liquor bar! Cheeseburger and chicken sandwich were great! Crinkle fries well cooked, FREE refills and the staff is super friendly here as well...telling all friends and family about this place and glad to have found this spot. There is two small issues with being a dark parking spot right outside the alley and being a bit hot near some lanes, but for the most part it is air conditioned down the middle lane hallway and the rest of the space. But not knocking any stars due to great promotion and having a great time with family and my wallet thanks you! Happy to support a local business next time when it's regular pay bowling lol

For the most part, the experience was good. The lane we were assigned to did have issues with the pins being stuck. We had to ask for help about 3 times. Thankfully with the last request, the associate was able to move us to the next lane and gave us extra time to play to make up for the inconvenience. It was much appreciated. The pizza was ordered was so good. Overall, my family and I had fun.
