I brought a 12GA shotgun in for some repairs and refurbishment. Two months later, I got it back and went to the range and discovered it not only didn’t work but they had neglected to even try to address 3 of the 5 issues I originally asked to have fixed. Took it back and 18 Months later I finally went and picked it up because they really had no interest in working on it now that they had my money. Terrible customer service. Dan the owner will not return calls. Every time I called to check on the gun, I had to call for a week before I could pin him down. I would never trust them with another firearm. 18 months later I still have a nonfunctional shotgun.

I’m new to guns and was advised to visit FIRST to get some guidance on a front sight issue. Dan stopped and came out front to give me a thorough lesson and help me improve my sights with a laser. It was very apparent to me that the whole team there is passionate about firearms and helping folks like me get the most out of them. I can’t imagine having a better first impression of a business! I have brought several of my guns to them to do repairs, attach accessories, and adjust sights on my rifles and I'll always bring my guns back for any future with that needs to be done. I've never met anyone with as much passion and knowledge about guns as these guys.

Stopped in to have my Dad's Over/Under fixed because it was jammed. They quicky solve the issue and then wouldn't even charge me for it. I amgoing back to have the missing sight replaced! Great local source for your gun repair needs!

Just went in with an issue with some chewed up screws in my pistol receiver and a plate to be installed. I got in and out really fast! Super friendly team, very happy with the work! I would highly recommend them and will be going to them for my next project.

This local business blew my mind. Brought in a sporterized, travesty of a Brit 303, and they were able to custom fit my new stock to it. Amazing amazing work. I will keep coming back!! Thank you!!

Extremely pleasant experience. My friend and I came here to get new sights installed and calibrated on their Taurus pistol. Even though we were walk ins and it was late, the staff there got the new sights installed in no time at all, and even let us know that the OEM sights were misaligned. I know overall it's a small job, but the fact that they helped us out without needing an appointment and were willing to get it done same day meant a lot to us. I would highly recommend stopping here first if you have any servicing needs.

On Thursday Feb 23, 2023 just minutes after they open the doors, I was welcomed by a friendly gentleman and advised him I had only 1 sight mount plug that I was unable to remove, and I need his help. While I was waiting I noticed that how clean the Gun smith shop, and less than 5 minutes he returned and he said no charge. I know I'll be back without question.
