Without fail, I have encountered nothing but exceptional experiences and personalized service. As a customer for over 12 years, I am so glad I am changing banks. The cashier was so rude and demeaning at this location today. She had to call another location because it was my home bank. Totally understandable. While on the phone with the other FH employee. She was saying "she says she gets paid every other Tuesday" "yeah I see the state is paying her". Her tone was extremely condescending. I was right in front of her! Yes, the state, my employer does pay me bi-weekly. They've been paying me bi-weekly for 5 years into that same account! I need to overdraft my account due to some unforseen circumstances. She wanted to know what I was going to us the money for! First Harrison used to be so friendly and helpful. They've seriously gone downhill the last few years. Their mobile banking is a joke. They randomly have problems with their servers and money will disappear and then reappear out of your account. I felt I had to other choice but to switch at this point. No one here seems to care about customers anymore. Avoid First Harrison! There are other helpful and friendly local banks!
Great place nice people very clean respectable treated me like family smiled the whole time I thought it was very clean parking lot very clean and neat add coffee and cookies and good conversation means I'll come back greatbanc overall two thumbs upl
Not bad for a "small town" bank but they do not embrace new technology so I am no longer a customer. However, I still have to do my mom's banking there. The biggest problem with this location is the poorly configured entrance and drive thru area. It feels like an obstacle course. I can appreciate that they saved and restored a historic home but it is a bit annoying. People are friendly and if your needs are basic, you'll be fine.
They are very customer oriented and being a local bank they really strive to get to know their customers and personalize the service.
It's a bank. I can say I've never had a bad experience here. Friendly and helpful would describe what I have found at the bank.
Serice is top notch. Employees are efficient an courteous.
