This bank took forever to cash a check. To top it off they extort $10 even if the check is their check. Don't they have enough money to cash a check? I will never go here again!!!
They make mistakes quite easy and they put there foot down if it causes you an inconvenience. The supervisor was very rude and unprofessional
They misplaced my proof of insurance so they tacked on an additional $7,000 to my loan and won't get it taken off even though I have proof that my vehicle has had been insured before I drove it off the lot. Highly recommend not doing any business with this establishment.
Do you work a 9-5 and sometimes need to go to the bank? Too bad, this place is only open 36 hours a week and it's exactly when you're working. I've heard of banker's hours, but these people literally aren't working full time.
Employees are very personable and strong reflection of Montana genuine friendliness.
