I've had an account with First Convenience Bank of Texas over 10 years & using McKinney, TX location for a long time. They may not be the best bank but they have been working for me & I keep doing business with them.
This barely qualifies as a bank. Any transaction out of the ordinary “check cashing” is laborious and usually qualifies as a new task for these people. Don’t substitute convenience for professionalism. The corporate office is much worse. The app is terrible. Go to a real bank.
Unauthorized use on my account that overdrafted costing me 100$ nothing you can do in a bank to dispute. Called the 1-800 waited 30-40 Min and they never gave me a solid answer whether ide get my money or not. Luckily Chase bank is paying me to open an account with them. Go with a real bank.
There 7 day a week banking is bull.. the people are ruled , I had a business acc. And personal acc for years here I have since closed both . You would think after 8 years with them they would try to keep me around.. Bank of America is taking care of both my busines and myself great
This bank charged my account a bounced fee after I bought the check back, then they closed my account without notice. Robin with customer service called me back and told me you can't get there from here. Just what I like to hear. oh and the reason that all the feed back is negative is because only unhappy customers post a comment. So where you happy people? Make a post!
I'm not a customer, nor will I be. I've tried everything to help my employee's check from us go through spent hours on the phone yesterday on hold with this bank, after she'd tried everything as well. Customer service stinks, when she's got bills to pay can't get her money. :
Rago the assistant manager is very disrespectful to customers and his staff. Not only the staff in front of customers but rude to the manager as well?? What happened to respect and professionalism. So glad this is not my work environment.
Excellent all the way around
The ATM at First Convenience Bank, located right by the teller in Kroger grocery store in McKinney, charged me 3.50 to take out money as a non customer. I asked for change for a 20 and the teller proceeded to tell me no, change is for bank customers only. Wow, thanks.
horrible bank, the worst customer service !!!! the sad part is that they know their customer service is horrible and they are content with that. the manager rahel is the worst, please do yourself a favor and bank anywhere else.
