The most incompetent and unhelpful bank. I had to work with them based on where I leased a vehicle. They were so terrible and have such poor customer service that I purposely bought from a different dealer for my next car so I don’t have to deal with them again.
While the products and services of most banks are comparable, it's the people you work with that make the difference. At Central Bank, the people I've worked with are second to none. From my banker, Chuck, to the many supporting employees in various departments, such as Lily in Cash Management, I have never had a bad experience. I don't say that lightly either, because we've recently concluded What could have been a very negative situation. However, they were with us every step of the way, and their communication and care made for as smooth a transition back to "normal operations" as possible.
Call them anytime 24/7 and their representatives are always able to assist. thank you Donna for making my life a little easier. Im still just a kid trying to work out life, but it helps when people like you are kind and understanding :

Our firm has been banking with Central Bank for many years! The Clayton branch is by far the best and we’ve dealt with many branches in the area. Their customer service is amazing, and they go above and beyond to make each visit a pleasure!

Central Bank in Clayton has the best customer service! Each employee is very welcoming and personable. Been doing business with them for years and will continue to do so.
The manager Julia ripped me off of 300 dollars on a business account charging me statement fee of 3 dollars then adding fees daily with no way for me to access my account. Was charged for 2 months and had no access to online banking. This bank is a rip off and the manager does not care to assist. Filing a complaint against them next.
Great customer service! Peggy is so helpful and friendly! She always goes the extra step to make sure my experience there is wonderful! It always brightens my day to see her smiling face!
Worst Bank ever!!!!! If you have great experiences locally...it is probably because they contract out everything else. We leased a car...paid Central Bank on time...every month for 2 years....bought the car...they cashed our check...but were unable to get us the title in time for us to get our plates when required. Impossible to speak with a supervisor...and promises that they would call back...were never fulfilled...the title dept and customer service are all out of town. When promised our title was being overnighted on July 29....we in fact received it in the regular maill on Aug 1. If you really want these people handling your hard earned money....good luck! I would run to the closest bank and transfer anything I had to them....your money is safer under your mattress!!!!@LOSER BANK
