Poor customer service skills. The staff needs to be better trained when communicating with a new potential client. They have lost my business for sure.
First Republic, and this branch in particular, has always offered me excellent and attentive service. Cannot be happier with this bank. Its customer service is excellent.
Worst experience ever if you want to talk to someone who is ready to work for you do not talk to this bank.
