First State Bank of Arlington

I have been with this bank for years. However, after Mr. Mac passed away I would not recommend this bank to anyone. After he passed away they would not help me with anything that Mac started. The only one I would recommend anyone speak to is Lindsay. She will try to help you with anything you need. Mac started a loan with us right before he passed and told us we had enough collateral to do it, the process was not finished prior to his passing, now the new "loan officer" would not help us in any way. She told us we didn't have enough "collateral" but yet Mac and any other bank told us we had more then enough. They gave us a feeling as if they didn't want to continue to help any of Mr. Mac's customers. But it's okay, me and my husband got the help we needed not from this bank.. Me and my husband will not be back. You will be truly missed Mr. Mac.
