This place is absolutely horrible. Have gotten multiple appointments cancelled bcz the lady didn’t feel like coming in to work? First time it got cancelled we were in the waiting room for 45 minutes before they even told us that our appointment was cancelled. With all of our appointment, if our appointment is at 9:30am, we usually won’t get seen until 11am so we are stuck waiting in the exam room for over an hour with no one checking in on us. They have gotten all of our information and appointments mixed up multiple times with other patients and when we have our ultrasounds they can’t print any pictures bcz they “forgot” to buy film. Every time we are seen, it seems like they have “forgotten” to buy film so now we have no pictures of our baby. Every appointment, the lady that does our ultra sound is “running late” and is never here at her job on time. I’d understand if it was a one time thing but every single appointment me and my wife have had, it has also been the same excuse and no one’s ever here. This place is absolutely horrible and you shouldn’t come here at all.
Annette is very helpful and courteous. She had to let go most of her staff due to them being unprofessional. Please go and see Annette if you need a good midwife. She doesn't want to close down the clinic due to too many negative reviews.
Very unprofessional, I suggest not coming here at all. Canceled my wife’s appointments several times and doesn’t answer calls at all. If I could give it zero stars I would. Like imagine being pregnant and not being looked at for several weeks being unsure if your child is okay? Save yourselves the time and don’t come here! Side note, the breast feeding classes also got canceled on many several occasions due to teacher not feeling like it? Terrible!
My initial call was phenomenal. The receptionist explained everything I needed to do with my insurance and set up an appointment as soon as possible. She was so kind and understanding of my circumstance. I've only been here 2 times so far, but the staff has been beyond amazing and helpful. This is my second child after almost 15 years and considering the complications from my first pregnancy, they have done everything to reassure me that everything is going amazing. When I had my first ultrasound, the tech was extremely upbeat and kind which helped calm my fears and let me watch my baby and it's tiny little beat so it could feel solid to me. I cannot express my gratitude for such a breath of fresh air in a situation that has me anxious to no ends. I never thought I was going to be able to have a child again, but I feel in the hands of these amazing individuals that I will get the best care possible, both physically and emotionally, to bring a beautiful baby into this world. Thank you, First Steps. You've already been a blessing to me and my little family, even if it has only been 2 visits. I look forward to the many more to come.
Confused paper work multiple times with other patients, lost test labs, cancelled appointments multiple times, never got to see a doctor. I highly recommend not coming here.
I really love this place compared to my first ob and the schedulers at the labor and delivery Dr's office. When other Dr's hear that's where your going they react with dirty looks and a negative attitude. I don't understand because their patient care and attitude towards patients are so much better than those places. Im so happy I changed pre natal care from dr coy to here.
I really like this place! Everyone here makes you feel welcomed & cared for. I feel comfortable coming here for whatever problem I may have. It seems everything you need is right here. I can't say enough about this place.
Love this place. Wish I could birth with Mary!! The office staff were always very helpful and supportive.
all lady’s just sitting chitchatting debating who wants to do what all very lazy don’t care about us waiting
The staff is really nice and really help and the doctors are as well i love it here !
