Very expansive tasting for oils and vinegars for free!! Also, we had lunch, which was wonderful! The service was also very quick for lunch, and they had awesome recommendations for oil & vinegar mixes based on how you plan to use it in your daily routine. It is a little expensive, but a very delicious treat!
The food was great! I had a sandwich from the menu tuna with olive tapanad and a cold brew tea. My husband had the soup special, a chicken and rice soup, it was great. He also for the sausage and German potato salad with spicy mustard. It didn't disappoint! If they have that special next time we go back, I will be getting it! I also got chocolate mousse for dessert. It was perfectly divine. I can't wait to go back! The Merlot was great too.
My girlfriend and I went here and it’s an amazing experience of eating different food and trying new and really tasteful oils. This place definitely has friendly staff and they are very informative and very knowledgeable on the different kinds and flavors! This is a must place to go
Had a girls night out at First Taste and the food was amazing. The owner took time to talk to us and tell us all about the olive oil infusion process. I can't wait to go back again!
If you've never been to First Taste you are really missing out. This is one of the best kept secrets in Leavenworth. They offer a tremendous variety of products, but their unique variety of oils are my favorite. Make sure you make it a point to stop there!
I go here for all my oils and vinegars. I don’t know how I would cook without these wonderful cooking essentials! The owner knows her stuff and will help you learn how to use the oils/vinegars if you are a beginner...a must visit!
Have enjoyed making the trip in the past. After checking the hours online store website and Google Maps to verify that the store was open today, we were disappointed to learn upon our arrival that they have planned closings each winter for remodeling.
The food here is so amazing. 5 Star food for a 2 Star price, SO worth it. Definitely stop in here for a bite to eat, too bad lunch stops at 2:30 though.
Such a great spot for Leavenworth. The staff does a good job of explaining all the oils and vinegars, as well as how to mix them or use them in different recipes.
There's no other place where I would get my Olive Oils and Vinegars because of their unique ness and complexity,the person who owns the shop is very knowledgeable and the atmosphere is fantastic.
