Firstar Bank

I like these guys/gals. I have banked and will bank with again. Small banks you can trust are a good thing.

Is there any way you guys can update your ATM machine. It doesn't take cash deposits..its a feature I used a lot with my old bank. The ATM machine looks like it was installed in the 90's. I used to bank with Wells Fargo but switched to First Star when we relocated to Tulsa since Wells Fargo is not here.

I’ve been banking here for several years now. They have always been so accommodating and helpful any time I have needed anything. Highly recommend!!

I needed to caah a check drawn on firststar bank. Since the check was.for 3,000 i called and talked to a very.nice person and she assured me i.could cssh it through the drive through because the lobby was closed when i arrived. When i got to the drive through the girl who was on her cell phone told me she could not cash it and i would habe to come back tomarrow and go in the lobby. I then told her i had called and was told i could she said im the only girl here and i would have taken the call and she dont remember taking that call. Basicly implying i had lied so i asked to speak with zomeome pther than herself and she told me nobody else was there. Very rude

Came to open an account and the head teller said he would wait til 5:05 and that was it. I got there at 5:06 and he told me he took the call and too bad the bank closed at 5. I've never been treated that disrespectful before and would never recommend this bank to anybody!!

Great bank, greater service! I went in for a roll of quarters and a young lady by the name of Hope gave me such great service I am going to go back to open an account.

The people that work here are so very rude! Pick another bank that actually values it's customers.
