Absolutely love Vanessa Ceo! She helped me out with some very last minute tasks that were handled quickly and efficiently, that you do not see at other banks! Her communication was phenomenal and she is always a joy to work with. I don’t know how much this girl is getting paid, but I can tell you it isn’t enough for her amazing efforts and outstanding outcomes, every time! If you work with her, you can always TRUST she’ll get it done right. GIVE THIS GIRL A RAISE!
We switched from Wells Fargo and are extremely happy about the service we receive from FirstBank. It is so refreshing to call the branch and be able to talk to an actual person instead of being pushed to the automated system. They were also very helpful and supportive when our mortgage company tried to pull 2 payments out in one month. They notified us and asked what we would like to do. Very happy that we switched to FirstBank
We tried to get a loan from this bank. We were told to speak to someone, who then gave us to someone else, without letting us know... They were slow getting back to us and by that I mean I had to keep calling them or emailing them to receive any sort of response. We were told that they would be great to receive a loan through them, but we didn’t have that experience.
This is the best bank I've experienced so far. They really go above and beyond for their customers, they have free checking, great promos [I've gotten $205 so far], and the latest technologies -- Zelle and Mobile Deposits/banking. I wasn't sure how to do some things and Karen showed & helped me get the app on my phone, how to do a mobile deposit, how to set up Zelle, and how to change my pin for my debit card. She is really great at explaining things and really passionate about helping her customers!
Today we had a most wonderful experience with one of your employees . His name is chip espin ..he is easy to talk to.
I don't know what has happened to banking in this country, but this is another sample of banking gone wrong! I just opened an account with this bank and sure enough, their online website is total c**p, I could not even login to their online system, until they "approved" my request for online banking services, that was on 6/10/2022, and I've never heard back from their since. The nameless, faceless wreak of a "website" is.....? Go somewhere else!
I only had experience with one employee at this bank, Dawn, and she was completely wonderful. She was very friendly and knowledgeable, and went far above and beyond all expectations to make sure I got what I needed.
I thought the point of mobile deposits would be faster service just to be told “I’m not 100% if you’ll see half or all of your deposit today, but you will definitely get the full amount tomorrow but if you’re that concerned about your money you should just go into the branch” per Jake at customer service Mind you my app says the check I mobile deposited Saturday will be posted today and STILL HASNT.... First off Jake at 1stBank... it’s a pandemic going on, why would I risk going into the branch when this is supposed to be sufficient for service Second... “IF IM CONCERNED ABOUT MY MONEY” YES I’m concerned about my money because how can I even set up bill pay if I can’t rely on my stuff to be deposited when it says it’s supposed to be?? Please answer me that!!
Alexa was just so sweet in helping us cash in our heavy containers of coins. I have always had the nicest service when I step through this branch entrance.
Nobody answers the phone I’ve been waiting for over an hour and I was hung up on without getting the help I need. I’ve gave more then 1 piece of information and they still couldn’t identify me. His name was Dave
