Read the mixed reviews on Google and decided to try it as it is one of only two local fish shops. Walked in and was ignored by the one employee at the register, the fish selection is terrible, they are all kept in dimly lit tanks and poorly labeled. They have a decent selection of stuff for other animals but the other pet store in the area is a much better choice for fish.
Great place just got a snake didn’t know much in what kinda nice to get for it but the girl at the counter was very helpful and pleasant also nice selection of exotic supplies very well stocked on other items as well
Great store and very friendly and helpful. Not a big salt water selection but they'll order things for you and the prices are better than any of the bigger stores out of the area. Definitely recommend
Very nice staff. They are also very knowledgeable on all things animals and are very helpful. Good prices too.
The place is dirty. The people are rude. and they barely have any animals and even less fish. what they do have is double the price then anywhere else you go. don't waste your time and gas to go here definitely not worth it.
Nice little pet store. Good selection of terrariums, tanks and accessories.
Fish seem sickly. No lights in the tanks. Fish always seem to die quickly, always seem to get ich or roit even though my tank is clean and proper ph. The store was better when it was at the mall.
0 stars for the unacceptable enclosure they have for their 9 week old ferret. All alone in a very small aquarium with only a water bottle, small food bowl and wood shavings to sleep on. Ferrets are very intelligent exotic animals, they are not hamsters, and I’ve even seen hamsters with a better setup than this poor guy. If you are going to sell that animal for $169.99 the least you can do is give it a decent cage to stay in until it is sold. Absolutely disgusting.
Very much enjoyed my visit there! Although it appeared to be, for lack of a better choice of words, on it's last leg. Seemed to be a "hole in the wall" kind of place, off the beaten path and bare minimum only fish and a single parrot with older tanks stacked in a corner...the atmosphere was one of a deep love for animals. Likely this pandemic is putting the place in a bind. I fully encourage customer support of this little shop. I absolutely loved it and didn't want to leave.
My favourite pet store! They have a huge selection on exotic animal products, and fish supplies. One of the only places I’ve found that has ferret food, rabbit, etc. They also sometimes sell axolotls and tarantulas and other exotics. The owner is super awesome too.
