We counsel our clients principally in the areas of local government and land use law, commercial and business litigation, real estate, and business transactions. Two of our attorneys–Kurt Ardaman and Daniel Langley–are Board Certified by the Florida Bar as experts in City, County and Local Government law, a distinction shared by less than one half of 1% of practitioners in Florida. Kurt is past-chair of the Florida Bar’s eminent domain section. Senior partner John Bennett is one of Florida’s most distinguished practitioners advising clients in the highly regulated area of alcoholic beverage law and in corporate matters. Mark Ahlers has 30 years of experience in banking litigation and real estate transactions. Rick Geller handles business and commercial litigation–from the simplest to the most complex.
