All the 5 star reviews are correct.. my husband and I brought our 15 month old daughter in to be sized. The owner I believe her name is Elise, is wonderful. She took her time and explained how and why my daughters current shoes were no longer the correct size. Her knowledge and customer service skills are exceptional. Thank you for making us feel so comfortable. She genuinely cares about her customers. I also enjoyed that they have a little table with toys for my busy little girl. She had fun too!

Extremely helpful with fitting my 14 month old son. David really knows how to deliver great customer service and understands how to fit a child with the proper shoe. He answered my zillion questions. He was very intuitive to my son's needs. The store has a great play area so my son was able to play and get comfortable with the store before sizing his foot. My son was able to stand up, walk around the store, I think we spent about 45 minutes just hanging out to make sure the shoes were the right ones. There was no pressure and it was a very relaxed environment. We will be returning in the future!

My kids look forward to getting to see Mr. David! We've been going there since my first baby needed his first shoes, over 5 years ago. It's the last mom and pop kid's-only shoe store I know of and I love going. They are so knowledgeable and caring, don't try to sell you on anything, and understand the needs of parents and kids. And now, during the pandemic, you can schedule appointments and they are doing everything possible to be safe and keep the experience enjoyable. Please shop small and keep stores like Fit2BeTied in business!

What a pleasure it was to shop for My 14 month old 1st sneakers. Dave helped us and took all my nerves away. He truly gave us 5 customer service. He sized correctly, was very patient, friendly and gave recommendations. We left feeling great! My little one loves his 1st Sneakers and didn't want to take them off. We will continue getting his shoes there for Sure.

Exactly what I was looking for! Great store! David was very helpful in showing us good options or my 1tear old. He took the time to make sure we got a shoe with a good fit. This is my son's first pair of shoes and I was very satisfied with how they measured him, let him play in the store, and made sure he was comfortable. I highly recommend this store!

My husband and I came in on a mission today with our 12 month old son. He’s a tough fit. Wide feet, baby pudge on the top of his foot, and the tendency to walk on the balls of his feet since he is new to walking. Walking up there was a sales associate sanitizing the front door something extra nice to see these days. We walked in and were immediately greeted by David. Who directed us to the newly sanitized area. He was so kind to us and our son. Took his time measuring, trying on different shoes. Checked the fit while my son stood and walked making sure he was fitted properly. This was our second time visiting for 2 be tied and we are officially customers for life! Thank you David!

Nice shoe store for kids! Everyone is friendly and very accommodating, and patient. You will get undivided attention once you are being helped, as soon as you walk through the door. I have bought the majority of my 3.5 year old shoes here.. I came in last week with both my kids. I wanted a minimum of 4 pairs of shoes for my older son and 1 pair for my baby. When we came in we were told not to move from the back. Containing a 3 and 1 year old isn’t exactly easy once an employee was available I told her our needs and she brought about 10 boxes of shoes. Once she put them out our older son three years old said he needed to potty. The owner told us he couldn’t use the potty bc only him and his wife use it and it hadn’t been cleaned in over 5 months. They told use we could get in our car and go to Panera and come back.. I was so disappointed in how rude they were to my family. My son was crying that he needed to potty. Needless to say it was a bad experience and we won’t ever be back..
