Fit Legit is a Strength & Conditioning gym that is owned and operated by a certified Strength Coach and Personal Trainer. At Fit Legit, we believe in treating all of our clients like athletes, and helping each person uncover their true athletic potential.
Training is structured in a fun and challenging group format (Men, Women, or Coed), with emphasis on improving strength, cardiovascular endurance and athleticism. Participants in group training sessions are required to have prior fitness experience and base level understanding of exercise movements.
For those individuals without prior experience, or those who would favor a one-on-one approach, Personal Training and Online Coaching options are available.
