Fit-Pro Kickboxing is an “Amazing” program designed to get you Fighting Fit. If you are already fit, Great. This class will teach you some new skills and likely target muscle groups that you may not be accustomed to. If you aren’t in that great of shape, no problem. Our staff is patient and motivational and will help you every step of the way.
PROtection / Self-Defense
In every class we will teach you easy to learn, REAL Self-Defense techniques and tactical strategies to protect yourself. This is not the high-flying arial kicks that you see in the movies. These are things that you could quickly and easily put to use in a threatening situation.
KICKBOXING
You’ll be striking our special Versys VS.1 punching bags with various types of punches, strikes and kicks. These bags are “Responsive” to your strikes and do not just stand there when you hit them. They move with your strikes allowing for much more versatile training methods.
And the best part is, it’s FUN!
Yes, you will sweat a lot and be sore the next day, but you’ll leave each class knowing that you’ve worked hard to improve your body, your mind, your personal safety and your life.
