No COVID19 restrictions because it's a smaller gym. Very clean. More of a private change room. This gym is inside of a Great Canadian Super Store so it's easy to grab a post workout snack. Unfortunately the stairs to the gym 8s right beside the prepared food.

Staff are friendly, the gym goers are nice and respectful people. Everyone keeps to themselves, unless you ask someone for help or any question you may have. People are willing to help almost always. I don't like the mobile network reception there.

I went two times when I stayed Ajax albeit back to back and it seemed fairly clean and well maintained. Staff is available to assist you should you need help. This location is quite busy, so I highly recommend that you go very early in the morning. I tried to go late at night and it was packed!

It's a good gym. Good selection of machines and weights. I like it.

Good. affordable options for gym. Small, no app, always need your card and if you lost your card $25 for a new one !

Great gym, highly recommend the 5.99 membership over the 11.99 membership. It's worth it. It's very busy after 5 pm I do not recommending this gym for my late gym goers. Recently its been not too busy, but they should open a shower for mens too only women has one at the moment Mornings are great

its showing open on family day but no one pick calls i am standing outside from 30 minutes and door is also closed

If you need a gym that has great staff, great equipment and atmosphere for a great price? This is it. I’ve been a member here for years and I have 0 complaints about the way the staff runs this gym. I have no idea who would complain about this spot considering the exceptional customer service I have received throughout the years. A special shout out to Daryn and Julia. Both awesome front desk staff at this location. Always polite. Always happy. Always on point. Anyone who has issues with them should re-evaluate the way they present themselves to others as these ladies are exactly what this gym needs. Keep it up.

It's a snug location. The staff is always friendly and offers great service. The place is always clean and overall not too busy. Solid place for a nice work out. The patrons are really good people as well.

The staff is so crazy there, as per there policy gym closing time is 10 pm. Everyday I followed the same routine, until today when the lady said the gym timings are 9:50pm. There is no sign nothing. As if she was forcing everyone to leave early so she can leave early: I wonder why. Either everyone should be in same page. Some staff follows some other rules and some have there own rules. Never had that issue before. May be she was in rush to visit home soon and wanted to close it soon.
